Innocence Project pushes forward on the Scott Peterson case. I haven't read the 800 pages and I just don't know what I am missing. Can't get over he told people he went golfing when he was out on his boat. Just doesn't make sense to me. Am I Wrong?

John and Mayme Surrency were murdered the day before Thanksgiving 1936. Garland Headley was tasked with prosecuting the three men involved. What he uncovered sent him and his family fleeing the United States. What did John and Mayme know that led to their murder?

The LA Innocence Project is NOT the Innocence Project we all think of. It was basically founded just for Scott.

This is not the real innocence project. It’s an organization started by his sister-in-law. She named it in such a way that people would think it was the actual innocence project. He’s clearly guilty.

It’s the LA Innocence Project - not THE Innocence Project. But yeah - I think the evidence is too strong. There are too just too many hoops to jump through to convince me he didn’t do it.

Let's see, there was Amber Frey & him telling her he lost his wife before she went missing, his warehouse where he made concrete anchors, his fishing trip on the day Laci disappeared, his whistle of relief when searches of the marina found a boat anchor, him selling Laci's SUV,

I'm like you, until @ProsecutorsPod move an inch off "guilty as sin" I'm not even gonna look into it.

The Innocence Project needs to issue a statement that they are not involved with this bc it’s really tarnishing their reputation.

He’s guilty. The innocence fraud movement is getting ridiculous.

Her hair found in a pair of pliers in his boat, her body found where he lied about having been boating, phone call to Amber pretending to be on a business trip in Paris while at his wife’s candlelight vigil. Rarely is there as much evidence of guilt as in this case.

This isn’t THE Innocence Project. This is the LA innocence project that was to me, dubiously worded similar. Two different organizations.

I hate that he killed his wife and unborn child. I hate that he cheated on his wife. But I hate, even more, he can’t stand tall and admit to it. Let them rest in peace. He should still be on death row. Coward. Stop wasting time on this loser.

Fuck this guy. Let him rot. He did it. You know it, I know it, he knows it.

There really isn’t much actual evidence it seems except this guy is an asshole. Conversely I don’t think there’s enough counter-evidence to release him or get him a new trial.

Says he’s going golfing but instead goes fishing by himself, on Christmas Eve, in a body of water near where his wife’s body turns up. If he didn’t do it, he’s the unluckiest son of a bitch since Andy Dufresne.

Youd convict someone because they said they were golfing when really they went on a boat? What if I told you the person's wife was worried about them using the boat and he didn't want to catch shit from her about going out on it when he got home?
