Today, we are opening exports. Ten export centers across Europe will be operating as early as 2026 – in the Baltic and Nordic states. Ten representative offices will be active in 2026. By mid-February, we will already see the production of our drones in Germany. I will receive the first drone. This is a production line that is operational. The ports of Primorsk and Ust-Luga are key export hubs for Russian oil, handling up to half of the country’s seaborne exports. Together with the Kirishi and Yaroslavl refineries, they form a single chain: part of the crude is processed, while part is exported. After restrictions on the Druzhba pipeline route, this direction has become even more critical. Nearly 30% of Russia’s production flows through it, and redirecting such volumes quickly is not feasible. Strikes on refineries and port infrastructure are breaking this chain. Less processing, more complex logistics - and, as a result, increased strain on other nodes. The consequences are mounting: crude accumulation, capacity shortages, and growing pressure across the entire system. The agenda included planning our actions, readiness to respond to Russian strikes, and taking preventive measures, which means increasing the production of our own drones and missiles. We are also preparing new agreements with our European partners in the near future, to attract investment into Ukrainian production. First and foremost, this means the production of unmanned systems and long-range capabilities — everything that allows us to maintain control on the front lines, protect the lives of our warriors, and operate at significant distances. The prospect is to respond symmetrically to all Russian threats. They in Russia must feel the consequences of what they are doing against Ukraine. And they will.

China Northern Rare Earth Group not only mastered the smelting & separation tech for 6N purity RE alloy, but since 2022, it has spent 400 days to create an automatic production line from RE concentrates to Oxides. It has 60% of global capacity in RE smelting & separation. Reminder that it takes a lot of effort & research to develop ultra high purity RE material & to produce production line capable of high level production. Remember that with highly automated production line for oxides, you don't need as many specialized workers to produce the capacity you need. You just need a lot of energy + capex. This is why when we hear Heavy RE processing plant built outside of China that started production, it's always important to see how much they are able to actually produce.

Cybercab entering into the Giga Texas production line exit this morning & we see many more castings have been made … all 3 that are used for the basic structure of the body that is part of the “unboxed” process”. We are just over 50 day s from when initial production is expected to begin. With testing of the Cybercab in multiple states and cities, crash testing & evaluation work already completed, all these castings, & production line run through tests, we are getting very close to seeing many more of these around the factory!
