Insider trading may be illegal, but as long as members of Congress can trade stocks with inside info the public doesn’t get, that loophole stays wide open. The only way to close the loophole is to ban Congressional stock trading in its entirety, to truly shut down any unfair advantage. It’s time for real accountability.

If this is who you are learning trading from, you are fucked. yea he's the biggest "trader" in the space. and yet, he doesn't know shit about trading. No BASIC risk management rules. "This is how I made 100k today" - that day the guy loses 100k, then doubles the risk to 200k for a 1R trade, so he can say he made 100k that day. Pathetic. if this is how you wanna trade, you are completely fucked.

During a CNBC interview in 2024, Clayton mentioned he was bothered by the GameStop $GME situation and described it as closer to gambling than investing. "It is not insider trading - that's clear. And he (DFV) is trading on his own information, that is why it's not insider trading. But is this something that we should be tolerating in our markets? Whether it is legal or illegal? I don’t think so." We'll see what happens.
