We’re pleased that there have been no new cases and deaths in the past six days; and I could see the outbreak is being managed under strong leadership. But we are dealing with one of the world’s most dangerous viruses, and continued vigilance is essential. World Health Organization (WHO) will continue to support the government. Enhanced surveillance, contact tracing and infection prevention and control measures must continue at scale until the outbreak is declared over.
