💥 The Nicki Minaj Hypocrisy Playbook 💥 Look, I genuinely don't care what Nicki Minaj does, BUT if you're going to embrace the MAGA lifestyle, then OWN IT. The gymnastics she's performing to justify her sudden Republican pivot are beyond comical—they're a masterclass in deflection. Her stated excuse? That the Governor "didn't do enough" after the 2025 swatting incident? Spare me the selective memory! The Timeline Doesn't Lie—It EXPOSES You were successfully able to have Stephanie Bell arrested with a warrant in 2023 for the previous swatting calls—all while he was the Governor! The current Governor was in power during your previous success. You were living in Los Angeles in the very house that was swatted again in 2025! So, which is it, Nicki? Is it truly a failure of the Governor's office to find the culprits behind this new 2025 swatting? Or is this genuinely about his perceived association with Desirae and Roc Nation? It seems clear you're more interested in alluding and insinuating that Desirae, Roc Nation, or even Jay-Z are behind the new threat, and you believe the Governor is covering for his "associates"—a claim that conveniently ignores his administration's success in the 2023 case. Put Up or Shut Up Let's just grant your bizarre conspiracy theory: you believe a sitting Governor is running cover for a threat against your life. You've got your new powerful Republican friends. You've spoken at the UN. WHERE IS THE ACTION? Why are you still on this app harassing him with childish name-calling instead of using your platform and connections to: 1. Initiate an official investigation? 2. Take concrete steps to get him removed from office? If your life is truly in danger, this isn't a game for Twitter tantrums. Stop tweeting and start prosecuting! The current performance is less "threatened icon" and more "petulant schoolyard bully."

🚀ASST TO $700 PER SHARE?!?🚀 YOU THINK I'M JOKING? THINK AGAIN, BUCKO. Current ASST snapshot: BTC holdings: 15,000.5 BTC BTC price: $80,593 Bitcoin NAV: $1.21B Total debt: $10M Preferred outstanding: $495.95M Debt + preferred: $505.95M Amplification ratio: 41.9% Current stock price: $15.85 Now here’s the model, and this isn't MOONBOY NONSENSE, kids. This is with Bitcoin at $750k in 2036, not $1 million in 2034. ASST maintains their current 41.9% amplification ratio for 10 years. Translation for normal people: For every $1.00 of Bitcoin NAV, ASST keeps roughly $0.419 of senior claims through debt/preferred financing. The bears hear that and immediately start sweating through a Men’s Wearhouse suit. But this is the actual machine. As Bitcoin rises, the Bitcoin NAV rises. When the NAV rises, the old preferred stack becomes smaller relative to the treasury. So ASST issues more SATA to keep amplification at 41.9%. That new SATA capital buys more Bitcoin. Then Bitcoin goes up again. Then the NAV goes up again. Then the amplification ratio drops again. Then they issue more SATA again. Then they buy more Bitcoin again. This is how you turn a balance sheet into a legally registered orange crocodile. Now we add the funding mix: 75% of new Bitcoin accumulation comes from SATA. 25% comes from issuing common stock. And the common stock is issued at 1.2x EV mNAV. Meaning they are selling equity at a 20% premium to the enterprise value of the Bitcoin stack. That matters. Because issuing common below NAV is financial self-harm. Issuing common above NAV is accretive treasury sorcery. Now assume Bitcoin compounds at 25% per year for 10 years. BTC price goes from: $80,593 today to roughly: $750,579 in year 10 That is a 9.3x move in Bitcoin. Now what happens to ASST? Starting BTC stack: 15,000.5 BTC Projected year 10 BTC stack: 143,425 BTC That is 9.6x more Bitcoin. Starting Bitcoin NAV: $1.21B Projected year 10 Bitcoin NAV: $107.65B That is 89x larger. Now the bears will say: “BUT THE PREFERREDS!” Yes, Carl. The preferreds are the point. Senior claims rise from $505.95M to $45.11B because the model intentionally keeps amplification at 41.9%. That sounds terrifying until you remember the Bitcoin NAV grew to $107.65B. The stack got bigger. The senior claims got bigger. The common equity claim got bigger too. This is where CEBE comes in. CEBE = Common Equity Bitcoin Exposure. It answers the only question that matters: After debt and preferred holders get their claim, how much Bitcoin exposure does the common shareholder really own? Today: Gross BPS: 20,222 sats CEBE/share: 11,759 sats Year 10: Gross BPS: 95,380 sats CEBE/share: 55,416 sats That means common-equity Bitcoin exposure per share rises about 4.7x. Even after common issuance. Even after maintaining the preferred stack. Even after the bears finish their sacred ritual of screaming “DILUTION” into a spreadsheet they opened sideways. Now the share count. Current implied diluted shares: 74.2M Projected year 10 shares: 150.4M So yes, the share count roughly doubles in this model. But the Bitcoin stack goes 9.6x. This is the entire game. If Bitcoin holdings grow much faster than shares outstanding, the common shareholder’s Bitcoin exposure goes up. The bears think all issuance is bad because they learned finance from a Yahoo message board during a divorce. The actual question is: Does issuance increase Bitcoin per share after senior claims? In this model, yes. Now the stock price. Strict 1.2x EV mNAV model gets ASST to about: $559/share But if we anchor the model to today’s actual ASST price of $15.85, the same growth path gets you to roughly: $696/share Call it $700. There it is. ASST to $700 per share is not “vibes.” It is a model. BTC compounds at 25%. SATA funds 75% of accumulation. Common funds 25% at 1.2x EV mNAV. Amplification stays at 41.9%. BTC stack grows from 15,000 BTC to 143,425 BTC. Bitcoin NAV goes from $1.21B to $107.65B. CEBE/share goes from 11,759 sats to 55,416 sats. The stock goes from $15.85 to roughly $700. This is why small Bitcoin treasury companies are so insane. Strategy is the Death Star. ASST is the weird little orange lab experiment in the basement where someone accidentally discovers corporate finance methamphetamine. Tiny denominator. Preferred financing. Bitcoin accumulation. Premium equity issuance. CEBE expansion. A compounding treasury loop. The bear case is that dilution kills the common. The bull case is that accretive dilution plus preferred financing creates a Bitcoin-per-share machine that eats capital markets and leaves behind a pile of traumatized short sellers asking why their model still says “book value.” ASST to $700? If the machine works, yes. If Bitcoin does 25% CAGR, absolutely possible. If SATA scales and common gets issued above NAV, the goblin gets fed. And once the goblin gets fed, the spreadsheet starts looking like it was written by Saylor, Dylan LeClair, and a sleep-deprived Austrian economist locked inside a treasury dashboard with three Celsius energy drinks. This is not financial advice. This is FINANCIAL ENTERTAINMENT:

Davide Asnaghi (Davide Asnaghi) is the co-founder and CEO of Diode Computers, Inc., a Brooklyn-based startup using AI to design and manufacture circuit boards in the United States. Before Diode, Davide worked on Apple’s Special Projects Group and spent time in Hong Kong and Shenzhen studying Asia’s electronics manufacturing ecosystem. That experience convinced him that PCB design, despite powering everything from smartphones and satellites to medical devices and autonomous systems, remained one of the most overlooked layers of the tech stack. Since its founding just two years ago, Diode has landed Physical Intelligence and Saronic as customers and partnered with Anthropic to help Claude become a better electrical engineer. The company’s ultimate ambition: to make hardware as nimble as software. In our conversation, we explore: 1. The Mayo Clinic Health System in Minnesota is ending in-person overnight respiratory therapist coverage at three smaller hospital Albert Lea, Fairmont and Lake Cit starting August 26, 2026 They will be switching to video calls and nurses are whistleblowing “In Mayo's public statement, they confirmed that overnight advanced airway management and ventilator support will now be handled through video connections. So this means there's a nurse at the bedside and a respiratory therapist on a screen. The reason Mayo is giving for this is something that you need to hear. The National Clinical Standard names the respiratory therapist as the bedside clinician who should be handling the airway. But the Mayo Clinic has suddenly decided that this standard of care does not apply to them at night. Video calls can't help intubate. Video calls can't reach the patient. - The Mayo Clinic is a 501 nonprofit. In 2024, Mayo Clinic reported $19.8 billion in revenue. - Mayo Clinic CEO is paid $4.88 million - 42 Mayo Clinic employees make over $1 million a year Since 2017, the Mayo Clinic has closed 25 clinics in Minnesota. In 2023, the Mayo Clinic lobbied against Minnesota safe staffing laws to give a ratio to nurses of how many patients they could have. They threatened to withdraw billions of dollars if Minnesota passed the safe staffing laws. Get this, the Minnesota Nurses Association, citing the Minnesota Department of Health adverse health events data, reports that the Mayo Clinic Health System had the highest number of adverse health events in the state last year.” This is all 100% true I verified it - Mayo Clinic reported $19.8 billion in revenue for 2024 - CEO Dr. Gianrico Farrugia’s compensation was $4.88 million in 2024 up ~13% - 42 employees mostly physicians and executives earned over $1 million annually In 2023 the Mayo lobbied hard against Minnesota’s safe staffing legislation, Keeping Nurses at the Bedside Act, and threatened to pull billions in future investments if strict ratios applied. They secured a carve-out exemption This is what corruption looks like

Powell is set to wrap up his controversial eight-year term. Let’s break down his market-moving key decisions in just three minutes 👇 As the invisible puppet master behind the crypto market, every major call he’s made has swung Bitcoin’s price up and down. • 2018: A liquidity winter amid aggressive tightening After taking office in February, Powell stuck to monetary normalization and hiked rates four times within the year. His aggressive liquidity drain pushed capital costs higher, sending Bitcoin into a prolonged downtrend that bottomed out at $3,000 that December. • 2019: A rebound catalyst from policy pivot Faced with mounting growth headwinds, Powell put rate hikes on hold early in the year and delivered the first rate cut in a decade that July. Liquidity sentiment rebounded instantly, and Bitcoin front-ran the signal to hit a interim peak back in June. • 2020: Massive liquidity injection amid the pandemic crash Following the historic March 312 market meltdown, Powell cut rates to near zero and unleashed unlimited quantitative easing. The unprecedented flood of capital triggered a global asset shortage, directly fueling Bitcoin’s epic bull run into 2021. • 2021: The final rally fueled by lingering easy monetary policy Even as inflation heated up, Powell maintained a dovish stance throughout the year. This window of abundant liquidity backed Bitcoin’s landmark high in April, before notching a new all-time high ahead of the tapering announcement in November. • 2022: Aggressive tightening as an inflation hawk To correct its earlier misjudgment on inflation, the Fed kicked off its most aggressive rate hike cycle in decades starting in March. Global USD liquidity rushed back home, and Bitcoin crumbled under the brutal tightening pressure, hitting a cycle trough in November 2022. • 2023: Targeted liquidity backstop amid the banking crisis Amid the regional bank collapse chaos in March, Powell injected targeted liquidity via special Fed tools. This implicit market backstop restored risk sentiment, and Bitcoin showcased strong safe-haven properties to rally against the trend that month. • 2024: A new cycle ignited by the restart of rate cuts With the rate-cut cycle officially kicking off in September, the liquidity floodgates reopened once again. Strong easing expectations pushed Bitcoin to break its previous high as early as March, rallying all the way to its peak in October 2025. • 2026: Uncertainty lingers as his term draws to a close Powell chaired his final FOMC meeting this April, and his neutral stance heading into departure has left the market clouded with uncertainty. With his official exit due in May, capital turned cautious and retreated, triggering a predictable market pullback. Looking back over these eight years, every major surge and slump in Bitcoin has essentially moved in lockstep with Powell’s interest rate decisions. Now, this defining figure of the era is drawing the curtain on his tenure at the helm.

The Massive Fraud Case unfolding in Kentucky is wild and deeply disturbing starting with a cattle fraud scheme that defrauded investors and a major lender out of $100 million through “ghost cattle”. This began as a classic Ponzi involving a Kentucky cattleman who built up paper inventories of tens of thousands of cattle that mostly didn’t exist, leading to bankruptcy filings and lawsuits against banks for allegedly enabling it. But investigations have allegedly uncovered far darker layers. Arrests in the area included Roberto Alderee and his brother Luis, with Luis reportedly caught attempting to purchase grenade launchers and rifles; Luis is described as a lieutenant to “Elno”, pointing to possible ties to Mexican drug cartels using local operations for laundering or other activities. Victims faced intimidation, including warnings they’d “end up in that stack”, and investigators themselves have reportedly been shot at, escalating this beyond financial fraud into something much more dangerous. What started small has ballooned into a suspected money laundering operation valued from $2 billion to $4.5 billion, with some estimates hitting $10 billion when including intra-transfers, and investigators claim detailed payment sheets tracking every penny of the $4.5 billion. Shocking reports link the probe to human trafficking, including a tip leading to the discovery of a 13-year-old German-speaking girl found in a ditch near a property where a man was allegedly tortured for his Bitcoin password blending crypto extortion with potential trafficking horrors. The case hints at deep local corruption, including connections to hemp fraud schemes and individuals with political influence; significant campaign contributions from linked figures may explain delayed or absent investigations, and notably, the former Kentucky attorney general was reportedly seen interacting with one such individual. A related business registered in Dubai features a website packed with stock images, screaming red flags for legitimacy and possible shell company use in the scheme. This isn’t just fraud it’s a potential nexus of cartel money laundering, violence, trafficking, and corruption right in rural Kentucky. How deep does this rabbit hole go?

🚨DSA Alderman’s Speech Spins Into Extremism: “Nazis,” ‘Ethnic Cleansing,’ and a 9/11 Comparison Chicago Alderman and proud DSA member Byron Sigcho-Lopez lit up the National Alliance Against Racist & Political Repression conference with what may have been the event’s most unhinged performance — a cascade of hyperbole, revolutionary buzzwords, and comparisons so wild they border on self-parody. He opened with: “Here in Chicago, we give these Nazis the treatment they deserve.” Right out of the gate, he branded anyone to his right as “Nazis” — raising an obvious question: when a DSA official throws that label around, what “treatment” does he expect people to receive, and how does that not encourage violence? He then escalated dramatically, declaring: “Project 2025 is an ethnic cleansing project, a Nazi project, and the only criminals and pedophiles are in the White House.” Moments later he tied Gaza to American policing with: “The same drones flying in Gaza are flying in our streets.” Sigcho-Lopez insisted all these fights are inseparable, calling it a moment for “international solidarity” and for a socialist takeover of our economy. “It is the time to fight capitalism, not with Black capitalism or Brown capitalism, but with socialism and not being apologetic about it.” He added that the battles against racism, ICE, militarism, and imperialism must be waged with “the same energy.” He then zoomed out even further, arguing that a unified “supremacist project” is destabilizing entire regions across “the Middle East, Latin America, and Africa.” But perhaps the most startling moment was his historical framing. “We remember Salvador Allende. That’s the first September 11th.” Equating Allende’s death — widely understood as suicide during a coup — with the mass-casualty terror attacks of 9/11 is not just historically incoherent, it’s the kind of comparison that only lands inside a closed ideological loop. Sigcho-Lopez closed with a final revolutionary crescendo.

Then came the final insult from the previous administration: despite staying here unlawfully, Soliman was granted a work authorization in 2023. John Roberts asked the question on everyone’s mind: “What does that say, Karoline, about their vetting process?” Leavitt didn’t sugarcoat it. “They had no vetting process.” She said this wasn’t a one-off failure—it was the inevitable result of Biden’s open-border agenda. “This is something President Trump has been calling attention to for years,” she said. “He talked about this on the campaign trail, how the Biden administration was allowing illegal aliens from all over the world to come into our country illegally, unvetted, untested.” “We had a wide open border policy. The president was right to point that out in his statement this morning.” But that policy, she said, is OVER. “All of that has come to an end, though, John, and this administration is focused on deporting as many of these illegal aliens who entered our country as possible.” “This is not going to be a place of asylum for those who seek to do harm in the United States of America.” And while headlines focus on Boulder, Leavitt said deportation raids are ramping up nationwide to remove public safety threats. “We are conducting widespread deportation operations across this country to remove terrorists like this individual from our communities every single day.” This wasn’t just one visa. It was a warning shot and the administration says it won’t wait for another.

YouTuber That Surprise Witness, J.D. released a video about Bri Stern's lawsuit against Andrew Tate. It is, in my opinion, a pro-Tate propaganda piece, designed to create doubt about Stern's allegations and minimise the allegations against Tate. Here are some moments which sum up the video. Firstly, she reads Stern's allegations of Tate controlling her and restricting her freedom of movement, which is corroborated by countless victims listed in Tate's human trafficking cases. "I mean. it does sound kind of restrictive. But like... I mean... how nice a building you wanna live in?" BJ could easily direct this at any of the victims in the Tates human trafficking cases who were forbidden to leave the house with threats of violence and monitored 24/7 with armed guards. In the next clip, BJ goes into what she calls "the greatest event of all" (the alleged assault of Stern). She seems to deliberately downplay and minimise the allegations. "...he began to become, you know, very physically violent or whatever." The allegation is that Tate violently strangled Stern to the point of near unconsciousness, while beating her in the face, resulting in a diagnosis of post-concussion syndrome. After glossing over these allegations, BJ bizarrely has a good old laugh about Tate "completing the mission and going to sleep." In the last clip, BJ says that if Tate did do all the things he is alleged of, it's "kinda bad." Violently raping women and, while strangling them unconscious and beating them. Trafficking women and underage children into pornography. Anally raping a 15-year-old child while he beat and strangled her. BJ thinks these acts are merely "kinda bad." For a large portion of the video, BJ references two completely unrelated and not even remotely similar situations Bri has been in with previous partners. She them combines these and says that she has had three issues with ex partners including Tate. This tactic is IDENTICAL to the attacks that we saw from Tate's PR network towards Jane Doe. At least one of these individuals (Ryan Dawson) was confirmed to have been paid by Tate for these smears. This woman is demented. Be very wary of any influencers you see use this line of attacks on any potential victim of the Tate brothers.

THE CIA & USAID PLAYBOOK FOR THE LA RIOTS. Classified documents have been uncovered that reveals how the CIA plans out and sets off riots to destabilize governments. As for civil unrest here in the US, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem claimed on Monday that demonstrators in Los Angeles were being paid and that the ongoing riots were part of a professional operation. 'These are organized. These are people that are being paid to do this. You can follow how they behave, the signals they give to each other in these crowds and these protests to instigate violence,' - Kristi Noem Noem claimed the Trump Administration now has evidence that the Los Angeles riots are an organized plot against the US government but did not reveal what they had found out. These declassified documents were recently brought to light that protesters in Los Angeles were being paid thousands of dollars to riot against the Trump Administration. In a 92-page 'playbook' written in 1983, officials mapped out how they would pay criminals and other 'agitators' to ramp up anger among ethnic minorities and students with the goal of having them riot in the streets. The secret CIA dossier exposes its playbook for hiring professional protestors to start violent riots which are then used to topple and takeover governments. This is Operation Gladio, and it's been going on for decades. USAID explicitly organized riots then blocked even the CIA's top analyst and Congress from asking questions because "people will die" if anyone found out. The "peaceful protest" facade is just a mask for a planned, and highly funded, color revolution on our own government. The JFK files showed and exposed the secret CIA dossier and their playbook for hiring professional protestors to start violent riots. Mass propaganda, Political/Psychological warfare, Biological warfare, Global media control, Regime change, etc. There's so many obvious connections from back then to now which expose exactly how they do it, while they continue doing it today. It's the same dog doing the same tricks, and the majority of it is from taxpayer dollars in the form of "humanitarian aid." This is why USAID and other programs were so important to them, to be exposed to show the people, and to shut off their money machine. The CIA document, declassified in 2023, explained how agents would take control and organize mass gatherings and steer them towards violence against governments believed to be acting against the interests of the US intelligence community. 'The control of mass meetings in support of guerrilla warfare is carried out internally through a covert commando element, bodyguards, messengers, shock troops (incident initiators), poster carriers (also used to give signals), and slogan shouters, all under the control of the external commando element,' CIA officials wrote. Intelligence officials broke down this plot into several steps, starting with a 'front organization.' Guerrillas infiltrate groups like labor unions or student organizations, secretly controlling them to push anti-government ideas. Next, guerrillas used 'armed propaganda,' acting friendly, helping communities, and showing that their weapons protect the people, not control them, in order to gain their trust. Slogans and speeches would then provide simple, emotional sayings to excite crowds and focus their anger on the government. The manual then suggested using small groups of trained agitators to stir up crowds at protests, making it look like a big, spontaneous movement. This could also involve paying criminals to march along with normal protesters. These instigators would provoke violence and create 'martyrs' in the crowd to turn people against the government the CIA was hoping to bring down. The CIA guide entitled 'Psychological Operations' served as a manual for starting antigovernment movements in other countries. In the 1980s, the goal of this plot was to weaken the Nicaragua's Sandinista government by turning the public against it. By winning people's hearts and minds using these tactics, the CIA hoped to create chaos through protests that undermined government control. The guerrillas would then aim to overthrow the regime and replace it with a government friendly to US instead of the Russians. The CIA rioting manual was aimed at the general population, especially peasants, workers, and students, pushing them to rally them against the government while avoiding being seen as terrorists. However, the CIA's plans failed in Nicaragua. The CIA-backed Contra rebels were never able to achieve a decisive victory, despite significant funding from the US government. The agency tried to paint the Sandinista government as an oppressive and foreign-controlled regime, but the plan to set off riots and support the rebel movement never paid off. The Sandinista government was eventually voted out of office in 1990. The 1983 document was kept a secret for nearly 40 years, before it was eventually released into the CIA's archives. While the plan failed in Nicaragua, it gave the agency a guidebook for how to justify violent uprisings around the world for decades. 'When the cadres are placed in or recruited from organizations such as labor unions, youth groups, agricultural organizations or professional associations, they will begin to manipulate the groups' objectives,' the document detailed. 'The psychological apparatus of our movement, by means of these internal cadres, will prepare a mental attitude which, at the crucial moment, could become involved in a fury of justified violence,' the CIA stated. Previous CIA plots to undermine or discredit communism around the world included the killing of more than 110 civilians throughout Italy between the 1960s and 1980s as part of the false-flag operation. This wasn't the first uncovered CIA plot that used public violence to influence people around the world. Host of The Why Files, AJ Gentile, revealed during a May 27 episode of the Joe Rogan Experience podcast that US intelligence agents worked to frame the Soviet Union for a series of deadly car bomb attacks after World War II. The information, which Gentile said he feared to make public, was all part of a plot called OPERATION GLADIO. Gladio is believed to have begun shortly after the end of the war in 1947 or 1948, but the operation allegedly kept going until at least 1990, when the Italian government revealed its existence to the world. According to Gentile, approximately 110 civilians throughout Italy were killed between the 1960s and 1980s in a scheme designed to create opposition against communist Russia in case they ever invaded Europe. There are no coincidences. and there are many layers to this entire operation and the amount of things going on and being shut down and raided while the "protests" are being cleaned up. Stay out of big cities and away from large gatherings. It's not over yet. but they will not succeed. They've already lost. They just don't know it yet.

$AMD $620/share is too conservative for 2026 🧵 Some quick facts before I dive into this super long thread: $META allocated 42% GPUs to $AMD and 58% to $NVDA OpenAI allocated 6GW(38%) to $AMD and 10GW to $NVDA My $620 PT below by end of 2026 was only for 10-15% market share. I believe $AMD is going to have much much higher market share than I projected. The AI accelerator market is exploding, projected to reach $500 billion by 2028(is now heading $1Tril), driven by insatiable demand for training and inference compute in large language models (LLMs), recommendation systems, and autonomous systems. Nvidia ($NVDA) has long held a stranglehold, commanding over 90% market share through its CUDA ecosystem and superior rack-scale solutions. However, AMD is mounting a formidable challenge, leveraging cost advantages, open-source software momentum, and hyperscaler partnerships to erode Nvidia's moat. Recent deals—such as Meta's ($META) allocation of 42% of its GPU capacity to AMD and OpenAI's commitment to 6GW of AMD compute (versus 10GW for Nvidia)—signal a tipping point. At the forefront is AMD's Instinct MI450 series, a next-generation AI GPU slated for H2 2026 launch, which promises "no-excuses" leadership in training, inference, and distributed workloads. This analysis dissects how AMD will capture more market share and why hyperscalers like $Meta , xAI , Oracle , and others are poised to become voracious buyers of the MI450. AMD's AI GPU revenue has surged from negligible levels in 2022 to an estimated $4-5 billion in 2025, capturing ~6% of the data center GPU market. This growth stems from the Instinct MI300X, which offers 141GB of HBM3 memory and competitive FP8/FP16 performance at 20-30% lower cost than Nvidia's H100. Hyperscalers, facing NVIDIA 's overcharging, have turned to AMD for diversification. Meta, for instance, plans 600,000 H100-equivalent GPUs by end-2024, with ~42% (or 250,000+ units) sourced from AMD's MI300 series for inference tasks like image editing and AI assistants. Similarly, OpenAI's recent multi-year deal commits to 6GW of AMD compute—equivalent to ~300,000-400,000 MI450 GPUs—starting with 1GW in 2026, explicitly to counterbalance its 10GW Nvidia allocation. These aren't one-offs. Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) have integrated MI300X for AI workloads, with Oracle deploying 30,000 MI355X units in zettascale clusters. xAI, Elon Musk Musk's AI venture, ran 30% of Grok-1's production traffic on MI300X GPUs and has confirmed ongoing purchases. Collectively, these partners represent over $400 billion in projected AI infrastructure spend through 2028, with AMD targeting up to 40% market share. For those that subscribed, I wrote a specific thread on how AMD "secret weapon" is going to change the game in 2026 with an improved designs on all its products, yes AMD has patent on it. Software is the linchpin. AMD's ROCm platform, once derided as "half-baked," now supports day-zero integration for Llama-4, DeepSeek V3, and GPT-OSS models—closing the CUDA gap. Benchmarks show MI355X (MI450 precursor) outperforming Nvidia's B200 in inference by 1.5-2x on memory-bound tasks, at 25-35% lower TCO. For training, MI450's rack-scale IF128 configuration (128 GPUs, 1.4 PB/s intra-rack bandwidth) rivals Nvidia's VR200 NVL144, enabling clusters like xAI's Colossus (scaling to 1M GPUs). My below thread projected Etimated conservative FY 25 revenue: $34-$36B Estimated conservative FY 26 revenue: $55B-$62B Below is why $AMD is revenue is going to be much higher after OpenAI deal. 1. OpenAI 1GW in 2026. With high demand for MI355X at $30,000k+ per unit, with MI450 is likely to be sold in the $45k-$55k. We can safely calcuate 1GW would require roughly 400,000 MI450 GPUs. or Roughly ~$20B revenue in 2026 alone from OpenAI. That would mean $AMD would hit $56B just from one partnership(OpenAI) in 2026 2. $META, the biggest spender on AI Infrastructure right now, Daddy Zuckerberg bought 250,000+ MI300, and is buying MI355X for recommendation engines and Llama training. It is very unlikely for Daddy Zuck to slow down AMD Chips, due to its Inference superiority to NVDA Chips. Most likely we will see at least 300,000-400,000 MI355X ordered from now toward end of H1 2025. And another 300,000-500,000 MI450 by H2 2025. Or ~$20B from just Meta in H2 alone, excluded H1. 3. xAI : Musk confirmed "AMD GPUs work very well" for Grok's small/medium models, with 30% of Grok-1 on MI300X. xAI's Colossus (200K+ GPUs, targeting 1M) and Oracle partnership (via OCI's MI355X cluster) position it for MI450 trials in H1 2026. With $6B funding and Grok integration into Oracle services, xAI could allocate 10-20% ($10B-$15B) to MI450 for distributed inference. We haven't heard the detail from Daddy Elon Musk yet, but most likely not going to be spending less than OpenAI or Sam Altman 4. Oracle ($ORCL): A multi-billion-dollar MI355X deal powers OCI's AI superclusters, with $500B+ remaining performance obligations. Larry Ellison's zettascale ambitions and xAI/OpenAI integrations make Oracle a MI450 anchor tenant—projected 50-100k units ($15B+ spend) for enterprise AI platforms. $ORCL is likely to spend more on the new "secret weapon" due to its capability in AI inference and cost advantage for $500B backlog. 5. Others ( Microsoft , Amazon , Saudi+other countries): Microsoft (Azure MI300X for training) and Amazon ($148B 15-year spend) test MI450 via Stargate ($500B with Oracle/SoftBank). Emerging buyers like G42 (5GW UAE campus), Crusoe, and Hot Aisle add 5-10GW demand. These potentially would add $15B-$30B in 2026 alone. We also need to factor in $TSM supply constraint( $NVDA is TSMC favorite), so $AMD market cap/growth is being tamed by TSMC. So what are you saying Mike, well $AMD 2026 revenue could hit $90-$100B by end of 2026 or nearly 185% growth YoYo. So what does that mean for valuation? I have no idea how Mr. Market gonna value AMD in 2026 with 3 digits growth. My Conservative $620 was my best projection until today with OpenAI partnership. I'm telling you as one of the biggest AMD bull, that I will leave it to "smart money" and other investors to do the price discovery while I'm chilling and writing DDs daily. Lastly, AMD's MI450 isn't hype—it's a calibrated strike at Nvidia's vulnerabilities, amplified by hyperscaler bets like Meta's 42% allocation and OpenAI's 6GW lifeline. By prioritizing inference efficiency, rack-scale innovation, and open ecosystems, AMD will siphon 10-15% share in 2026, scaling to 20%+ as TCO trumps CUDA loyalty. Meta, xAI, Oracle et al. aren't passive; they're active co-designers, betting billions on MI450 to fuel AGI pursuits without Nvidia's premium. For investors, this is AMD's inflection Per Dr. Lisa Su Not Financial Advice!

Xiaomi SU7 Ultra, with 1548 horsepower, as a true production vehicle, recorded a 7:04.957 Nürburgring lap time in June 2025, breaking the previous records held by Rimac Nevera (7:05.298) and Porsche Taycan Turbo GT (7:07.55). In a run against our BMW i4 M50, the SU7 made it feel as if we were driving a broken B58 in an M2. But stepping back before the final driving impression — our inspection of the vehicle brutally impressed us. Unlike mainstream media that focuses on panel gaps, leather on the gear selector, and other superficial “cup holder review” topics, we went a bit deeper under the surface. The first – and essentially the only serious downside – is that the car has SGW (Secure Gateway), meaning the OBD diagnostic port is locked. By searching for the powertrain CAN bus somewhere along the wiring harness, we were able to manually access the PT network, bypass the SGW, sniff the network and capture packets. The battery system is Qilin 2, with a CATL-derived BMS stack with only minor modifications (similar approach as seen in Xpeng and NIO). On the powertrain side, the CAN network looks very similar to a UAES/Bosch architecture (0x1A0–0x1AF). The official diagnostic tool costs around €10,000, but we are already developing our own tool so we can support this rocket within our service ecosystem. The BMS is an 800V system with 214 NMC prismatic cells in series, forming a 93.7 kWh battery pack tailored for high performance. The car offers up to 630 km (391 miles) CLTC range. It supports 800V fast charging, capable of 10–80% in just 11 minutes (5.2C rate). The pack supports 16C discharge, while the battery mass is 638 kg. The vehicle comes fully in track-focused configuration: massive ceramic brake discs, pads, calipers, wheels, and tires. Unlike the Model S Plaid, this car can take repeated track abuse for 6–7 hours continuously. The rear motor is a dual-unit setup with torque vectoring, which works brutally well but requires proper understanding of the system and tuning in Track Mode. The operating system is HyperOS, very similar to Tesla’s system — perhaps even more detailed in some aspects. Interior quality is excellent, driving characteristics are outstanding, and the overall ride comfort is surprisingly well balanced. The seats are actually more comfortable than those in the BMW i4. Now for the most interesting part. When disassembling interior plastics and cosmetic components, we discovered a surprisingly strong similarity to Tesla Model 3 / Model S next-generation chassis design. The front shock tower, shotgun rails, front HVAC carrier, even the rear seat clips — underneath, the battery penthouse layout, wiring routing, reinforcements, and cable positioning look extremely familiar. The vehicle weighs 2360 kg, while the full-carbon prototype series reportedly weighs around 1900 kg. impression? The overall quality of the vehicle is impressive for a company building its first electric car, especially considering it already broke every major performance record. A similar precedent happened once before — when Tesla introduced the Model S. The SU7 Ultra “democratizes” 1550 horsepower for under €100,000 — performance that is now literally accessible to everyone. Some street racing veterans spend over €250,000 on forged internals, turbo systems, and tuning just to reach similar numbers. Conclusion? This car doesn’t just challenge the German automotive industry — in this segment, it completely dominates it and practically euthanizes it. Every major component on this vehicle has been internally developed and manufactured in China, and pushed very close to perfection. The only thing we still don’t know is how repairable and serviceable the vehicle will be long-term — and only mileage and time will answer that question. Would we have one? Yes! We have already ordered one and started building the import and homologation network. Among our previous favorites — Tesla and BMW — this one is now clearly #1.

In 45 years on Wall Street, I've never seen anything like this. Sam Altman just convinced 3 of the world's smartest investors to fund his losses. $110 billion. But ZERO profit in sight. The largest private funding round in history. Let me explain why this is borderline criminal & what you have to understand as an investor: Amazon. Nvidia. SoftBank. 3 of the world's most sophisticated investors just handed OpenAI $110 billion at an $840 billion valuation. That's more than double the $40 billion OpenAI raised last year. For context: all US venture capital combined invested $170 billion into American startups in all of 2023. Altman just raised 65% of that. Alone. In one round. And the company STILL isn't profitable. Let's look at the actual numbers: OpenAI burned $8 billion in 2025. They project burning $17 billion in 2026. $35 billion in 2027. $47 billion in 2028. Cumulative losses before any projected path to profitability: over $115 billion. Meanwhile, Amazon's $50 billion comes with strings attached. $35 billion is contingent on OpenAI either achieving AGI or completing its IPO by year end. Read that again. $35 billion is conditioned on ACHIEVING AGI. They're literally writing checks against a scientific breakthrough that may not happen on any predictable timeline. This is what peak cycle financing looks like. The circular logic every investor should understand: Amazon invests $50 billion in OpenAI. OpenAI commits to spending $100 billion on Amazon Web Services. Nvidia invests $30 billion. OpenAI commits to buying 3 gigawatts of Nvidia compute. These aren't arms-length investments. They're vendor financing dressed up as venture capital. Amazon and Nvidia are essentially paying OpenAI to buy their own products. The $840 billion valuation prices in a future that doesn't exist yet. At $13 billion in 2025 revenue, that's 65x revenue. Even in 2021 - the most speculative bubble in recent tech history - Snowflake peaked at 50-80x revenue. And Snowflake was actually profitable. J.P. Morgan calculates that the AI industry needs $650 billion in annual revenue just to generate a 10% return on total infrastructure buildout. The entire industry currently generates a fraction of that. I've seen cycles my entire 45-year career. The 1980s defense build-up. The dot-com bubble. The 2008 mortgage machine. The pattern is always the same: When the biggest players start financing each other's growth through circular investment structures, you're not witnessing a revolution... You're watching the LAST PHASE of a credit cycle. Amazon CEO Andy Jassy said OpenAI is going to be "one of the very big winners long term." Maybe. But $840 billion assumes they've already won. Stock prices follow earnings. Always have. Always will. And right now, OpenAI's earnings are deeply, structurally, massively negative. The IPO is coming. The hype will peak. And the question every serious investor needs to answer is simple: At what price does this actually make sense? Sam Altman doesn’t know either - he just keeps raising money faster than he can burn it. This can’t end well.

Fernando Tatis Jr is hitting .242 with a 3.5° average launch angle and a career-low 20% pull rate. Everyone has ideas and analysis on how to fix Fernando Tatis Jr’s swing. It’s pretty awful and I can’t take anymore of this, I have to say something because I haven’t seen a single person give the right answer. I’ve seen multiple people talk about timing mechanisms like toe tap, stride, and leg lift in his swing mechanics that have absolutely nothing to do with his problem. That reverting to past timing mechanisms would somehow help him. THEY ARE ALL WRONG Because they’re all looking in the wrong place. This isn’t a stride problem or timing problem. It’s a tilt problem. Stride, leg lift, and toe tap are timing mechanisms. They control WHEN the hips fire not HOW the bat moves through the zone. A hitter with a Sosa leg kick and a no-stride Ichiro stance can produce identical launch angles.Timing has no lever that touches the bat at contact. What actually sets launch angle is attack angle or the vertical direction the bat is traveling at the moment it meets the ball. Swing up through the zone = ball lifts Swing flat = grounders Swing down = choppers Attack angle is the only mechanical input that matters for elevation and attack angle isn’t random. It’s a direct output of shoulder tilt. When the trail shoulder drops below the lead shoulder at contact, the entire swing axis tilts. The bat is now forced to travel upward through the zone. More tilt > steeper attack angle > higher launch angle. Period. Tatis’s attack angle tells the entire story: 2023: +12° attack angle, +1° pull-side direction/25 HRs 2024 : +10° attack angle. -2° oppo direction 21HRs in 104 games 2025: +8° attack angle, 0° direction/25 HRs, healthy 2026: +5° attack angle, −5° oppo direction His swing has flattened AND drifted away from his pull side. Both are tilt collapse. That −5° oppo attack direction is the giveaway. When you lose tilt, your bat doesn’t just flatten it also gets steered toward the opposite field, because a level swing naturally pushes the barrel away from your pull side. He’s not late. He’s not under-striding. His axis collapsed Over the last few years and it’s worse than ever this year. This explains the 20% pull air rate too. Pulling the ball in the air requires positive attack angle AND a contact point out front. (Ramon Laureanos 2025 attack Angle was +14) If you tinker with timing on a flat swing, an earlier contact point just produces a pull-side grounder. The direction changes. The launch angle does not. Let me break it down for you: Stride > Weight Shift > Hip Rotation >TILT > ATTACK ANGLE > BAT PATH > Contact > Launch Angle Stride is four steps upstream. Tilt is the gate. Attack angle is the output that actually moves the ball. So now we know what’s wrong, how do we fix him? Souza and the Padres staff need to focus on the following; 1.Restore 8–12° rear-high shoulder tilt 2.Get attack angle back to +10° to +12° with neutral or +1° pull direction 3.THEN evaluate timing tweaks 4. If someone is telling him to flatten out his swing or to let the ball travel more PLEASE STOP DOING THAT. That doesn’t work for him You cannot time your way to elevation. Fix the tilt. Attack angle returns. Pull air follows. Please watch the video to see how his swing has gotten worse and flatter. We only have bat path data starting in 2023
