So good! Since I've got multiple webcams, I've added a dropdown menu to change the source for my demos. It's a fairly simple edit on camera.js file and allows changing the webcam on the fly without reloading! Just calling updateCameraStream in setupCamera.

Beautiful particles! Lovely stuff! Have you tried Benson's pixel-diff optical flow method? Might be lighter on resources than TFJS (although will pick up all motion in 2D, not just hands in 3D): e.g. used as input for this:
