Maybe you're using the wrong method. Here's a tip for getting the additional skills you want: Go to Contract > Standard Player > Buy Raquel Lombardy 5 times (or any player with a price of 0) > Go to My Team > Players > Select Raquel Lombardy > Give him skill training. Do this for all Raquel Lombardy players or other players with a price of 0. This way, you'll have a wide stock of additional skills which are ready to use.
