🇺🇦🙏 Border guards of the special unit "Dozor" filmed the moment of the successful rotation of their soldier with the call sign "Grinch" outside the kill zone. All covered in a swamp, exhausted, but smiling. One of the most effective ways to quickly deliver soldiers to or from a position is a quad bike trailer at maximum speed. Comfort is minimal, but the chances of survival are maximum.

Command post of the AFU Airborne Assault Forces in the Donetsk region. I spoke with the commanders of AAF units about the active defense of Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad, next steps, training of servicemembers, staffing of the AAF and assault units, and the specifics of carrying out missions, including in cooperation with unmanned systems units. I thank our warriors for their service. We are doing everything to strengthen our forces, our army, and to support our warriors to ensure maximum security for our country.

Things that feel like training and are not: - Sweating - Being out of breath - The pump - Muscle soreness the next day - A high heart rate - Leaving the gym dizzy - Lying on the bench between sets staring at the ceiling Things that are training: - Lifting more weight than you did last time, or the same weight for one extra rep, with the same form, and walking out of the building roughly the same colour you walked in You will, over time, learn to spot the difference. Most people do not.
