Scarier (for me at least) is how does the toxoplasma parasite ‘know’ how/where to find the relevant part of the mouse’s brain?! I mean, how can it see or tell where it is??!

how does it get out of the blood-stream into the digestive tract though? How does it navigate the artery network, does it have genetically imprinted maps of human anatomy, in particular the layout of arteries? so many questions...
