Anthony Kim has been working with golf coach Matt Killen, who has previously worked with Justin Thomas and Tiger Woods, and the main issue affecting consistency last year was his alignment: “Yeah, since I've been back playing golf, my shoulders have been right, my feet have been further right. So, I'm just trying to see my target before I hit the shot. “I've had a few people help me with the setup of golf clubs, but I’m really not working too much on my golf swing, just working on my setup. And if I can get that squared away, I know I can hit a lot of good shots.” AK was practicing down the range before every round on the Asian Tour last year using alignment sticks and doing a little shimmy to get the feels right. The swing is clearly still as pure as it’s always been and sometimes, it just takes getting the basics right to take the game to a new level. Now he’s a winner again after 16 years 👊

Something doesn't seem right with Arsenal's strikers at the moment. Kai Havertz and Viktor Gyökeres have been starting games together, but neither has really found the consistency or sharpness we're expecting from them. Tonight, Mikel Arteta decided to leave both on the bench and started Gabriel Jesus instead. Unfortunately, Jesus also failed to take his chance, missing a good opportunity before being substituted. Gyökeres was then brought on, but it was more of the same. He made some good runs and looked threatening at times, but couldn't find the back of the net before Arteta eventually replaced him with Havertz. Havertz also made some intelligent runs into the box but couldn't finish his chances. That leaves Arteta with a real headache ahead of Man City on Sunday. 😬 All three strikers are struggling for goals at the moment, and that's the last thing Arsenal need when we're about to face one of the biggest games of the season. What an intimidating sight Fung-wong (UwanPH) has become over the Philippine Sea as her winds creep up to 65 mph (100 kph). The sprawling size of this budding West Pacific beast is creating an interesting dichotomy. On the one hand, it’s causing Fung-wong to take longer to organize and thus delaying a potential round of rapid intensification (limiting how strong she can get before striking Luzon). But, on the other hand, her larger radius will affect more people in the Philippines and possibly generate a greater storm surge risk near the location of landfall. Even in this latter scenario, which seems to be increasingly more likely, Fung-wong could still explode to a high-end Category 4 Typhoon. Either way, it’s a serious situation we have developing here tonight.

⚠️ Attention Update on Captain Kyle Family, I wanted to let you all know that Captain Kyle has been in the hospital since this morning. He has been sick and throwing up for the last 3–4 days. Renee brought him to the ER, and they discovered a pinch in his upper intestine causing an obstruction. They are working on relieving the pressure and straightening the pinch. He’s also been very dehydrated, so he’s receiving IV fluids, pain medication, and nausea medication. His kidneys were strained from the dehydration, but they are addressing that too. The good news is he has stopped throwing up and is feeling better than he has in days. He is resting more comfortably, though he is still having some cramping and discomfort in his stomach and upper intestines. They will be keeping him overnight, and we’ll see what tomorrow brings. Capt. Kyle has always been so strong and healthy, so this came as a surprise, but we are standing firm in our faith. We are believing God for complete healing and restoration that the pinched area will fully open and function normally with no need for surgery. We are standing on the authority we have in Jesus’ name for total healing and a quick recovery. Would you please stand in agreement with us? Pray for complete healing of his intestines, relief from all pain and cramping, strength for his body, and peace and rest for both he and his lovely wife Renee🙏 We are so grateful for every prayer from this amazing Patriot Family, Capt Kyle has received them and is thankful. The past year has seen me have a renaissance, in the truest sense… I won’t go into details now but will at some point before long. What has brought so much happiness to my life and those around me this past year has been my falling back in love with sport. Cycling has, and always will be, my number one. Yet I’d forgotten that I simply love sport, not for results but for the sheer joy of doing it, I’d completely forgotten that the health of my mind is intrinsically connected to the health of my body. I’ve rediscovered the love I had for sport that existed before the world of professional cycling took over in the way it did. I’ve been pushing myself and trying new things this past year, indifferent to the results, just out having fun and at times going deeper than I thought I was capable of anymore. Last week I got on a TT bike for the first time in a decade, Factor Bikes built me a bike, I’ve been looking at it for two years and decided it was time to get fitted, getting back on it felt like going home. Anyway, the long and the short of this is that it’s inspired me to create a club to inspire and be inspired. A community for us to share our love for getting out there and doing it, because I’ve realized that although I spend most of my sporting life on my own I derive the most pleasure when feeling part of something. It’s in its early days, I’ve called it Sporting Club CHPT3 aka SCC3, I’d love you to check it out and join. It’s still in its infancy, but I hope it’s going to grow into something that will inspire you as much as me.

This Morning, I completed the purchase of a 2009 Toyota Yaris Automatic. The 2nd car to be included in the test shipment of the small business I am creating to offer cheap quality cars to civil servants. The car will be duty cleared, delivered & ready to drive direct from Holland to your house in Tarauni or Ikorodu for the region of just 5 Million naira. The car has already been exported to Nigeria systematically as in the last frame. Since I posted these cars, I have received several offers. Some people even offered above 1 Million naira more than the asking price just to reserve it for themselves. However, at this stage, I do not want to collect anybody’s money before the cars arrive in Nigeria. I do not want to feel obliged to update you where your car is or having to explain any delays at this point. This is a testing phase and once the cars arrive, they will be released to the market. In the coming days, I will target other varieties to secure as many cars as I can before the container departure date. May the Almighty help us.

In a rare move,Jathedar Sahib of Sri Akal Takht Sahib issuing a statement in English on Henry Nowak’s case proves the importance of any language in today’s world to communicate to the people concerned in their own language. It drives home the point how important it’s to have fairly good knowledge of Hindi in India that has abt 80% Hindu community. Secondly, good to see Jathedar Sahib clearing the air abt convict Vickrum Singh Digwa being a Sikh as some people are now claiming him to be otherwise. I always believe owning a wrong on behalf of the community is bravery. Thirdly, glad to see Jathedar Sahib upholding the prominence of law. But then is summoning of lawmakers to Sri Akal Takht Sahib for their non-personal discharge of constitutional functions and imposing on them any sort of ‘punishment’ (Tankhva) justified? Clarification is requested pls. Fourthly, Sikhs have been freely exercising their rights of freedom of religion but isn’t misuse of any article of faith bound to raise questions? The crime happened in the UK, legal action followed there resulting in punishment there only. Don’t people have a right to condemn it? I think they have. I am sure it’s in the knowledge of Jathedar Sahib how sometimes our ‘Articles of Faith’ are misused by some people even at our own religious places (Video attached). I am not aware if there has been any condemnation of such beadbis. Whether it was a Persian Dagger or a Kirpan, doesn’t the fact remain that the convict carried and claimed it as his article of faith and committed a crime with that? Technicalities won’t help. Nor does it minimise the gravity of the gruesome crime. I will however be glad to know the definition of a Sikh Kirpan for any future reference.

Since Ironmouse doesn't mind AI anymore because Fortnite uses SO MUCH AI in their game, and they allegedly gave her so much money... I know she won't care that people are making AI art of her now. Right? At some point, she is gonna come out and talk about how much she loves AI in the future... especially if AI is able to find a cure for things like CVID. Which is where AI is probably gonna make the largest impact: for rare diseases and rapid medical development. As I said before. The Anti-AI position has always been shaky at best.
