Interesting things about Taurie Cain's lore that got changed in development, I lightly touched on some of this before: - She was not meant to have a name, only being known as a cultist to showcase her life of servitude and dedication to the Entity. - Her early beginnings...

#山根涼羽 Zunchan was clarifying something she said in her seitansai speech that seems to have been misunderstood after only a certain part was clipped and shared online. What she meant was never that AKB was “better” than KLP, or that she was criticizing KLP, Malaysia, or the people around her there. She explained that she is genuinely grateful for the environment she had in KLP, and at the same time, her experience in Malaysia made her realize how many things in AKB she had previously taken for granted. With KLP, they were essentially building a 48 Group and its idol culture from the ground up in a place where that system and environment were not already established. There were a lot of fun experiences, but naturally there were also difficult things that came with having to create something from scratch. Because she went through that experience, when she returned to AKB, she became more aware of all the things that were already established and prepared for the members there, and it made her feel grateful for the AKB environment as well. She specifically emphasized that this was NOT about saying one place was better than the other. She said that both places were wonderful to her, both were places she loved, and that was what she had wanted to convey. She also mentioned that some Malaysian fans had misunderstood what she meant, and clarified that she never intended for her words to be used to attack anyone. So I hope people can listen to what she is actually saying here rather than judging her based only on a clipped portion of her speech. Her point was about gaining a new appreciation for both environments through her experiences in each of them, not putting one down to praise the other.

I genuinely cannot understand how someone can watch this story and still stand there, looking at two women, and somehow decide that the wrong one is the victim. On one side, you have a girl (Yıldız) who has been mistreated her entire life. Since the moment she was born, she was treated like a sacrifice for a conflict she was never even part of and later we find out that this conflict never even existed. Her right to study was taken from her. She was pushed into a marriage at a very young age just imagine being six, seven, eight years old, living in fear of being tied to someone you don’t even know. She was treated like a servant in her own home, by the very people she thought were her family. And just when she gets close to the happiness she dreamed of, the man she was engaged to shows up with another wife. She gets mistreated by that wife, by his family, and even (unintentionally) by him, because he was trying to run away from his own feelings, and that only caused her more heartbreak. The whole world was literally against her. She fought through all of that, only to find out in the end that everything she suffered for was based on something that wasn’t even real. Her entire life was built on a lie. That she isn’t even part of that family that she has literally no one in this world. Now on the other side… You have a girl (Melek) who, yes, was taken from her biological mother but she was raised by loving parents. She had everything anyone could wish for: education, freedom, a happy childhood, a healthy environment. She lived her life, fell in love, went out, made choices and no one questioned her, no one controlled her. And then what did she do? She found out that her man was engaged to another woman before marrying her (and even saw him marry her) and instead of holding on to her dignity, she chose to stay, to fight for a man who lied to her, to hold onto a marriage he tried to end multiple times. She used her unborn child to keep him tied to her. She lied constantly, and her excuse was that she was “protecting her marriage” a marriage that was already broken from the moment Serhat removed that ring at the airport in episode one. She tried to hand Yıldız (a woman who had already suffered enough) over to dangerous people. Then she found out the truth about her own birth (that her father ra*ped her mother.)And still no empathy. No moment of humanity toward her own mother. All she cared about was herself. And even though none of this had anything to do with Yıldız, she still found a way to blame it on her. Instead of holding her father accountable, she went and made a deal with him to get rid of Yıldız. She literally made a deal with the devil just to hurt Yıldız one more time. And after all of that… you want me to feel sorry for her? You want me to call her a victim? I honestly cannot believe we are living on the same planet with people who see this and still say, “she’s the victim.” Not morally. Not logically. Not emotionally. There is no world where this makes sense. It’s like watching someone clearly cause harm, and still calling them the victim and actually BELIEVING it. #HalefKöklerinÇağrısı

One of the first women that Rachelle met in the clubs had never interacted with a Christian. This woman grew up in extreme poverty, extreme abuse, and her family was in a cult. When she turned 18, they not only sold her to an older man, but also forced her to go into the strip club. When Rachelle met her, she was 18 years old and had no idea that there was kindness in the world. Rachelle began getting to know her and showing up in small ways. She shared with Rachelle how she didn't have food for her daughter. Rachelle would show up with food and eventually, this led her to come to church with her. She ended up giving her life to the Lord after a few times of attending church. However, that next week, she was back in the club. Rachelle said she immediately, as soon as she saw her, dropped to the floor and covered herself. She asked, "Are you okay? Like, what's going on?" The women responded, "For the first time, I actually feel naked." That day, she walked out of the clubs and left. Rachelle and her team helped her get into a transitional living program with her daughter and she is now a licensed counselor at a drug treatment facility—walking alongside other women who have similar stories.

Shocking! This young Iranian woman killed for celebrating khamenei’s death. Do you remember the night the news spread that Ali Khamenei was dead? Many of us Iranians watched, almost instinctively, took to the streets. Some cried. Some laughed. Some celebrated. Not because we love death, but because we believed the man who had ordered the imprisonment, torture, blinding, and killing of so many innocent people was finally gone. She celebrated inside Iran. Her name was Nehal Abuqalandari. Sources say, she was so happy when she heard the news, she got into a car with her friends and drove through the streets of Khorramabad, full of hope, celebrating the removal of a dictator. But the security forces opened fire and a bullet struck her in the chest. She could have been me. She could have been thousands of other Iranians who celebrated outside Iran. The only difference is geography. I was lucky enough to celebrate in freedom. But she is now gone simply because she celebrated under a warmonger regime. Three days later, authorities pressured her family to call her a “war martyr” and blame America and Israel for her death. Her family refused. Because they knew who killed her. Nehal was not killed by a foreign enemy. She was killed by the Islamic Republic, a regime so afraid of its own people. This is what breaks my heart. Her friends say she was kind, positive, and full of life. She should be alive today. Please say her name: Nehal Abuqalandari. 💔

I was wrong about Lindsay Clancy. Here’s why I changed my mind. She was never diagnosed with postpartum depression or psychosis. She was not on 13 medications at once. She was not “hearing voices.” She was not abandoned by her family. She was diagnosed with a mood disorder - never psychosis - and went to a variety of doctors who all prescribed different medications, which she took unreliably and not simultaneously. She only heard a voice one time - and that was right before she killed her kids. Extremely atypical for psychosis. She carefully planned her children’s murders down to the minute. She researched the distance of a restaurant she’d ask Patrick to go to. Added on a last-minute errand before he left. Calmly answered his phone call in the middle of her crime. Brought her children down to the basement one by one, overpowering their resistance and killing them slowly. It does seem like she had support from her family. She may have still been overwhelmed, but it’s not true that all of her cries for help went unanswered. I originally placed too much blame on the many SSRIs she was prescribed. For years on my show, I’ve talked to health professionals who have been warning about the violence-inducing effects of these drugs, and I thought Lindsay’s case may be an example of that reality. Is it still possible these SSRIs had a negative effect? Absolutely. But the case that these drove her into a psychotic episode is weak. This evidence continues to reveal, in my opinion, that Lindsay Clancy methodically murdered her children and she was fully aware of what she was doing.

I had an avoidant wife on the show to give my guys the other side of the story, and this part hit. She said the marriage was fine in the honeymoon years because she still had a job, still had her own life. Then the kids came, she became a stay-at-home mom, and, her words, it was the death of her independence. From the outside she was living the American dream. He made good money, she got to stay home, she was supposed to be happy. Inside, she said her soul was dying and she didn't even have the language for it yet. That's the woman a lot of you are married to. Not cold. Disappearing.

This is a Labour Party campaign video for Helen Ogbu. She says, and I quote, "the first time I came to Ireland was my husband was involved in politics. There was a target on his life. So the best thing for us was for us not to be around." His formal political campaign only launched in August 2010. He was assassinated two months later in October 2010. She was claiming asylum 4 years before this. She also leaves out that the real first time she ever came to Ireland was 2001. While heavily pregnant. She gave birth to her first child in an Irish hospital. Her daughter received automatic Irish citizenship. That is NOT a small detail to forget. She had her first child here in one of our hospitals. Why isn't that presented as the first time she came to Ireland? This was during the height of Ireland's birth tourism crisis. She then presents her husband's death nine years later as the starting point of her Irish story. Why are Labour and Helen presenting it this way?

This woman booked a flight in a plane. She never remembered agreeing to the responsibilities of being in an emergency row, but when she was called to check in, they had informed her she was. The employee kept asking her over and over as if she was publicly shaming her for refusing to take on that responsibility. The woman feels she’s not trained nor is she qualified to be responsible for saving others. She ended up changing her ticket to another seat but was the employee actually trying to shame her or just make her aware of where she’s sitting?

My grandmom was a very versatile singer. She had the most expressive type of singing. I think everybody who listens to her music knows that. I'm very honoured to have been her granddaughter in this lifetime. I have learned so many things from her. Not just as a celebrity, but first and foremost, she was my grandmother. She will be deeply missed. Not just by me, the whole world. I remember her as a kind, gentle, wonderful person who was kind to animals. She loved animals. I really respect her for that. She was so down to earth and humble. Anybody who meets her will tell you the same thing. She will be greatly missed, but forever, she will live on through her music. We only have that now. We're always together. There is no goodbye."

Amanda addresses her DUI arrest and her cult background. When the interviewer first brings it up she says, “I feel like a lot has been circulating online about you, including your past. Is there any big misconception out there that you want to set the record straight on?”and Amanda responds, “I mean, do you want to ask me directly?” 😳 Awkward. The interviewer then asks about Amanda’s past arrest and her involvement in a cult. Amanda starts by addressing the DUI mugshot, explaining that it happened in 2016 and was dismissed and expunged. She says she did not leave her parking space but attempted to move her car because the parking lot was closing. Amanda explains that a man who had been hitting on her all night told her, “you shouldn’t drive.” She says her car was boxed in by other vehicles, so she could not actually move it anyway. She called an Uber, and as she was about to get in, a police officer approached and said that the man claimed she was drinking and driving. Amanda says she was honest with the officer and explained she was only trying to move her car, but she was still arrested. Regarding the cult allegations, Amanda says she has a background in ministry, holds two Bible school degrees, and was involved in a church for two years that was “highly controlling, isolated, very manipulative” and says “it fits every criteria for a cult.” She adds that it was not a secret and that she has written about it before, saying, “it wasn’t dirt to dig up.” #RHOBH Source: Access Hollywood | Housewives Nightcap

This woman was trying to break into the fashion world. She and her photographer were going around NYC taking photographs that were bold and daring. She was in the process of taking this photo when a woman starts to yell at her about how she can’t work without looking out the window and seeing the young lady hanging onto the guard rail for a pose. She expressed she was worried she was going to fall. The young lady was more interested that the woman owns a magazine than she was about her own safety, she then proceeds to call her a Karen for their interaction. To me it seems like she was voicing honest concern, she wasn’t trying to cause an issue and it was in fact the actions of the young lady that was the cause of the distraction for those in the city that day. What is your take on this, was this a valid concern on the lady’s behalf?

When she was little, this woman used to practice holding her breath and pretending to drown — not for attention, but because she kept having visions of needing to do it one day to survive. Years later, while swimming in the ocean in Rhode Island, she got caught in a violent riptide and was being slammed into rocks underwater. She held her breath for what felt like forever, and just when she thought she was about to inhale water, she heard a voice in her head say, “Relax your body. I’ll push you out.” She straightened out, relaxed, and was suddenly shot out of the riptide so hard that she landed on her feet in the shallow water. She believes her childhood practice — and whatever that voice was — saved her life. Have you ever had something strange or unexplainable guide or protect you?

When she was little, this woman used to practice holding her breath and pretending to drown — not for attention, but because she kept having visions of needing to do it one day to survive. Years later, while swimming in the ocean in Rhode Island, she got caught in a violent riptide and was being slammed into rocks underwater. She held her breath for what felt like forever, and just when she thought she was about to inhale water, she heard a voice in her head say, “Relax your body. I’ll push you out.” She straightened out, relaxed, and was suddenly shot out of the riptide so hard that she landed on her feet in the shallow water. Howard Hawks on working with Marilyn Monroe: "Marilyn Monroe was the most frightened little girl who had no confidence in her ability. She was afraid to come on the screen. Very strange girl. And yet she had this strange effect when she was photographed. Nobody dated her, nobody took her out, nobody paid any attention to her. She’d sit on the set with practically nothing on, and a pretty extra girl would walk by and everybody’d whistle. But she got out in front of the camera, and the camera liked her, and all of a sudden she was a great sex symbol. Fortunately, I had her in a couple of the first pictures that she did 'Monkey Business' (1952) and 'Gentlemen Prefer Blondes' (1953), when she wasn’t worried. And also I had Jane Russell’s help in making 'Gentlemen Prefer Blondes'. We had a lot of fun doing the picture, but there were a lot of times when I was ready to give up the ghost. Jane Russell would say, “Look at me—all he wants you to do is such-and-such a thing.” And Marilyn would say to her, “Why didn’t you tell me?” But I had an easy time compared to some of the directors who worked with her afterward. Because after she got very important she became more and more frightened, and she just didn’t want to come out and do a scene. She didn’t think she was good enough to do the things that she did. She was always better in fantastic material, wasn’t she? Like in 'Gentlemen Prefer Blondes'? There wasn’t a real thing about her. Everything was completely unreal. They tried to make her play real parts in a couple of pictures, and the pictures were disasters. 'Gentlemen Prefer Blondes' was the first one where she really went good, and then they had no sense to stick with that." ("Hawks on Hawks", Joseph McBride, 1982) P.S: Remembering Marilyn Monroe on her 100th birthday!

This is Amit Soussana, the Israeli woman who came forward today claiming to have been sexually assaulted while being held captive in Gaza. She is the first and currently the only Israeli to come forward and claim to have been sexually abused. She claims that an armed guard held a gun to her head and forced her to commit a “sex act”. She does not go into detail about which sort of sex act. She also claims that her guard would grope her and inquire about the duration of her period. In January, she was part of a press conference at a kibbutz speaking about her experience in Gaza. She never mentioned any of these details.

The woman recording went to this store to shop, when she got close to the register she was confronted by one of the workers who saw she has keloids on her skin and confused it with monkeypox. The worker then refused her service and told her she had to leave. The woman was upset and explained to her that no she doesn’t have monkeypox it’s just keloids. The worker acknowledges she made a mistake and apologizes, however she still is refusing to serve her and asks her to leave, she even calls a manager who tells her to call security. It’s understandable if she thought she had a contagious disease but once that was cleared up shouldn’t she had just rang her up and let her go on with her day?

I was interviewing a homeless woman and halfway in I noticed she had thousands of bugs crawling on her after a few jumped on me. I was there asking people about the decriminalization of drugs, something she supports. I offered to get her to the hospital but she declined and

#Kwibuka32 Mimi TESTIMONY ———————————————— Her name is Mimi. She survived the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda because of the courage and humanity of a man named Ndahigwa. During those dark days, Mimi was found as an infant, still breastfeeding from her mother—who had been brutally killed and lay among piles of bodies at Saint Famille, on the primary school football field. It was a heartbreaking and unimaginable scene, one that no child should ever be part of. Yet, from that tragedy, a life was saved. Ndahigwa, who was not himself targeted during the genocide and worked with the Red Cross, chose compassion over fear. In a time when many turned away, he stepped forward. He rescued Mimi and raised her as his own, caring for her from infancy through adulthood. He gave her not only a chance to live, but a chance to grow, to be loved, and to belong. He stood by her side through the years, supporting her until she eventually got married. However, her marriage did not last, as her husband constantly pressured and mistreated her, questioning her about a family she never had the chance to know. Today, Mimi is alive, but she lives with a deep and painful absence—she does not know her biological family, nor does she have any known relatives. She carries unanswered questions about her identity and her roots. With hope in her heart, she is reaching out to anyone who might recognize her story or have any information about her family, asking for help in reconnecting with her origins. At the same time, Mimi is a mother, doing her best to raise her children under difficult circumstances. She is struggling financially and humbly asks for support from anyone who is able to help, no matter how small the contribution. Her story is one of survival, loss, love, and resilience. And today, she is not only searching for her past—but also fighting to build a better future for her children.
