Interesting to compare David Seymour’s response to Marama Davidson’s when Ryan Bridge asks if they have ever used race as a weapon in politics. Davidson refuses to acknowledge earlier comments from Green MPs, including “pale, stale, male” and “white farmers,” as well as her own “white cis men” remarks.

I remember when the Green Party was actually Green. They need a name change, their current antics are an insult to the party’s founders.

As a people we should come down much harder on politicians who refuse to answer questions - who provide an answer to a different question. Left or right, I don’t care - we should demand answers to the questions asked. Politicians who avoid answering should be reviled.
