Interview PART 2 - TRANSLATED Iran's Foreign Minister Araghchi: Our Missile Power TRIPLED Before the 40-Day War Seyed Abbas Araghchi detailed what Iran rebuilt in the months between the 12-day war and the 40-day war. "I asked Mr. Pakpour how our missile situation was, and he said we have... tripled." "The 12-day war caused us to become stronger and more prepared for the next war." "An American think tank said 10 to 25 percent of Iran's launchers were being destroyed daily, and that a third were already gone." "They were unaware that in those six months Iran's launcher system had changed into a form where everything they hit could be replaced." Araghchi says the enemy drew two wrong conclusions after the 12-day war: prepare for a longer fight, and break the government's social base before hitting the government itself. Both failed. The pause they thought was Iran's weakness was Iran rearming.show more

Interview PART 5, TRANSLATED Iran's FM: Iran Forced The U.S. To Sign A NON AGGRESSION Commitment Dr. Abbas Araghchi said Netanyahu convinced Trump that Iran was weakened enough to finish in two days, and that no better opening would ever come. Trump turned on that analysis once the war dragged on. "The enemy started the war with unconditional surrender." Araghchi said Iran ended it with a memorandum in which the U.S. committed not to start any war against Iran, not to threaten Iran, to respect Iran's sovereignty and territorial integrity, and to stay out of its internal affairs.

Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi: Our missiles were tested in a real war last time, and we were able to understand their weak points and their strengths. We learned many lessons during the 12-day war. I think we are now very well prepared. But being prepared doesn’t mean that we want war.

For decades, Western pundits have predicted that Iran's government has been on the verge of collapse. But Seyed Mohammad Marandi says Iran may outlast the US empire and is more prepared to defend itself against US and Israeli aggression than it was last year during the 12-day war.

Interview PART 8 - TRANSLATED Iran's Foreign Minister: The January Protests Were HIJACKED to Manufacture a Pretext for War Dr. Abbas Araghchi said the demonstrations began as GENUINE public protests. That changed on January 8th. Weapons entered on a wide scale and TRAINED personnel appeared, which he said pointed to organization arranged well in advance. "Peaceful demonstrations were being held without any problem. From 18 Dey (Jan 8) onward WEAPONS entered, and it was clear this had been ORGANIZED beforehand. They fired only at the people, because the goal was to produce a DEATH TOLL. Trump had said that if people are being killed, we will come, we will help, we will save them." Araghchi said the enemy read the unrest as proof that Iran's social ground was ready to COLLAPSE, and that a strike would bring the population into the streets against the state. The war was meant to DIVIDE Iran. It UNITED it.

🇮🇷 LET'S DEBUNK A HUGE LIE! All over X people are ANGRY Iran's FM Dr. Abbas Araghchi for saying: "In the past, negotiations didn't lead to war. Resistance led to war." What people are leaving out is he is talking about how Iran RESISTED Trump's ridiculous demands and the U.S. attacked them and U.S. was defeated, in both the 12-day war and the 40-day war. He is not MOCKING resistance, or resisting. He goes on to talk about how Iran won, and how it is a SUPERPOWER NOW. This is why I TRANSLATE everything I post and hate 30 second clips. Context is KEY.

Commenting on the Iran war, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that President Donald Trump's policy toward Iran is a "head for an eye." That was in response to Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi supposedly describing Iran's own policy toward the war as an "eye for an eye."

🇮🇷 Araghchi: If we had not resisted in the 12-day war, a stain of shame would have remained forever in Iran's history that Iran easily surrenders. 🔹Those (Trump) who tweeted about "unconditional surrender" on the 3rd day of the war sent the message "unconditional ceasefire" on the 12th day, because we stood firm. 🔹Even now, the enemy's military formation does not scare us; we are people of diplomacy and also people of war.

Interview PART 20 - TRANSLATED Iran's Foreign Minister: We Accepted the Ceasefire Because Our HAND Was Stronger "When your hand is stronger, when you hold the battlefield and have strategic achievements, that is when you negotiate, not when the other side's hand is stronger." Dr. Araghchi rejected the idea that Iran accepted the ceasefire because it could no longer fight. He argued Iran had already secured its strategic objectives, and that another 15 days of war would have brought more damage than leverage. He said the MILITARY agreed to the ceasefire, the war was in their hands, and without their vote the ceasefire would have not been accepted.

Sen. Jon Ossoff: This war in Iran is the worst foreign policy blunder since Iraq. Just like Iraq, it's a war built on lies. Let's update the record. On day 1, Trump said the war was running ahead of schedule. On day 10, he said it was very complete. Day 21, getting very close. Day 32, leaving very soon. On day 39, the President of the United States said 'a whole civilization will die tonight.' And on day 40, he declared 'total and complete victory.' Day 67, 'great progress.' Day 79, 'the clock is ticking.' Today is day 92. And on day 92, Iran's ballistic missiles and drones have not been destroyed and the Strait of Hormuz, which was opened before the war, is still closed.

Iran FM: U.S. Demanded Unconditional Surrender, Then Begged For Negotiations Foreign Minister Dr. Abbas Araghchi: "That same enemy who, on the first day of the war, tweeted 'UNCONDITIONAL SURRENDER.' Twenty days later, that same enemy BEGGED us for Negotiations." Araghchi said he has personally heard officials tell him Iran "won the war and won the diplomacy," and credited the outcome to the SACRIFICE of the Iranian people, including medical staff on the front lines.

Ossoff: On day 10 of the war, the president said the war is “very complete.” Then, day 11: “going to be finished very quickly.” Day 12: “we won.” Day 21: “getting very close.” Day 32: “leaving very soon.” Day 40: “total and complete victory.” Yesterday, Trump said Iran had opened the strait—except this morning, the strait was closed, and it looks like Iran hit a cargo ship.

Ossoff: On day 9 of the war, the incompetent Pete Hegseth guaranteed Iranian surrender. On day 14, he claimed Iran's military had been destroyed On day 40, he said every single objective had been achieved. That was 4 months ago. They've lied nonstop about this war like they lie about everything, and they know they're lying, but they lie and they keep lying anyway because in this White House they view deceit as a virtue.

#WATCH | Mumbai, Maharashtra: On Iran's 10-point proposal amid announcement on the ceasefire, Former Minister of State for External Affairs, MJ Akbar says, "I do not believe that a ceasefire could have been announced without a broad agreement on key factors. And obviously, Iran's nuclear program has to be one of the major factors, because if you don't have an agreement on that, then this is a hoax. But the point of fact is that one day before this war began, America and Iran had agreed, even on the language, which leaves the world perplexed as to what this war was about. Because over and over again, you say that the war is about nuclear weapons and Iran's potential. So if on the eve of the war, you had accepted an agreement in which Iran had also accepted America's language, then I think the war had to be an exercise in political hysteria, for purposes that are not fully comprehensible to the same world..."
