@DebayonRoy It's not like India's reputation in arbitration is top of the class. Justice Malhotra's comments are unfounded and uncalled for.

@DebayonRoy If Mr Salve says that seeing a Judge as arbitrator makes parties lose confidence in arbitration, it's intellectual candor and if Justice Bhuyan shreds a downright illogical judgment of SC to pieces, it's indiscretion....double standards!!

@DebayonRoy While, in a very rare and exceptional case, such modification can take place in place of an arbitration award when exercising the appellate remedy, doing the same through a curative petition when the bench has denied it, in regular and in review is indeed a step back. J. Bhuyan✔️
