Agent-first memory is a big step. But I think the harder layer starts after retrieval: Where did this memory come from, why should the agent trust it, and what changed it? Memory gives continuity. Provenance makes that continuity trustworthy. 🤷🏻‍♂️

This shouldn’t be possible… I built a reusable API for YouTube in under 5 minutes just by showing the agent once. My colleague needed all video links from a creator → the agent reverse-engineered the flow and produced a permanent API endpoint. Now we can hit it forever.
