I work in construction, so A/B testing a home before it exists is a cracking idea. Seeing finishes in context before anyone orders or installs could save a lot of expensive back-and-forth.

A few years ago I built a 7000 sq ft custom home. Last week I pointed it at the GC folder and AI modeled it from plan including every shop drawing we received along the way. Every finish material, appliance, fixture, luminaire, every piece of furniture (even tracked down cad symbols) down to the aggregate spec of our masonry mortar. Then it built an interactive home automation app with a complete house register. The app is fully 3D animated using renders from the house model. I did this as an experiment, and it was costly. Between my resets and credits, well over $1000. But in 18 months every single GC, subcontractor, vendor, broker, appraiser etc will do all of this from prompt pointing it at a folder and probably 10x faster than I did it. Now I am running HVAC simulations, it even modeled the radiant heat layout from construction pics. What will set Archway Gamma apart from everyone having that ability? Not trying to troll your product, I think it is sincerely awesome but I am looking at everything it does and thinking... what could I have used it for that wasn't automatically done directly through an LLM?

the hard part is validating simulated behavior against real occupants, otherwise a/b tests optimize fiction
