Introducing Claude Engineer 🧑‍💻 My new repo that allows Sonnet 3.5 to create, read and edit coding files and folders via a simple chat. Think of it as a streamlined local “artifacts” with the added advantage of creating entire projects directly. It even supports online search!

One of my favorite things that happened while I was working on this project was when I added search functionality. I made Claude search for who I was, and after telling him that I was the person he was just searching for and realizing my work in AI, he felt happy to talk with someone who could "understand" it and started asking me lots of questions with beautiful curiosity. Sonnet 3.5 is really a special model.

Support for search is a great feature in this context :) The best AI coding assistant / pair programmer tool that I've encountered so far is aider (pip install aider-chat), by @paulgauthier, but aider could be made even better by providing a search tool that could be automatically used to look up API documentation, explore remote code repos and whatnot

I built a form-filling agent that anyone can use 💫 This is an extremely simple but useful (I hope) app. Upload a fillable form 📋, some context files, and chat with the agent to fill the form out automatically ✍️ 1️⃣ Yes it is a Claude Code SDK wrapper 2️⃣ It is better and faster than ChatGPT/Claude UI out of the box 3️⃣ We use LlamaParse to parse the context files, so you can have more trust that we are able to read context without hallucinations (e.g. messy scanned handwriting, drivers license photo, and more). This was one of my holiday Claude Code vibe-coding projects. Built with Opus 4.5, and also powered by Opus 4.5. Feeling the AGI 🫡 App is here: Repo is open-source:

I've been using Claude Code for non-coding tasks, like sorting emails and analyzing my spending This was annoying to setup because Claude doesn’t have the right context - it can’t see my email or my credit card statements So we built a virtual filesystem that turns all of my data sources (gmail, notion, gdrive and more) into local folders on my computer I can just describe what I need (e.g. "invoices from the last week") and a folder appears on my computer with exactly those files This gives Claude context, but it also gives it memory - since it has a local filesystem that syncs in the background, it continuously gets access to my data The more things you expose as files, the more Claude can do for you

Claude Sonnet 4.5 is here and I got to try it early. It has best-in-class capabilities for coding, file creation, and more. I especially love the "Imagine with Claude" feature that lets you create fun apps on the fly. For example, I asked it to "Show me the desktop of a bad PM (left) and a great PM (right)." Here's a video of what it came up with 😀

In Cowork, you give Claude access to a folder on your computer. Claude can then read, edit, or create files in that folder. Try it to create a spreadsheet from a pile of screenshots, or produce a first draft from scattered notes.

I recently came across the new TRAE SOLO, and it’s not an assistant... It's more like a full AI engineer who plans and executes entire projects. The key point is that it has a GUI, which allows the development process to be clearly visible.

I hooked up Logseq 🪵 to Paul Jankura Claude. You can chat with, search, create, and edit Logseq notes in the Claude desktop app. It works by connecting to the local Logseq api using an MCP server bridge. (Work in progress)
