Import tasks from Claude Code, Codex, and other agents to continue working in Cline with any model you want.

Schedule agent runs for things like morning PR reviews, nightly security scans, or weekly docs updates. Set the task and schedule once, and Cline runs it automatically.

Browse, install, and manage plugins, MCP servers, and skills from the Marketplace, so you can give agents the tools they need for all your workflows.

Cline Desktop can search the web while it works, making it easier to research and get the latest information before acting.

With Voice Input, you can talk through an idea, explain a tricky problem, or give Cline a longer instruction directly from the app.

Cline Desktop is now available on macOS and Windows (beta). We’re continuously improving the app and would love to build it with your feedback.

Congrats on that launch! Open source all the way :)

Nice!

thanks🙏

I’ve tried it. A ton of models available and the interface is clean and easy to use

Damn... About time lol. Will give it a shot

Finally <3

Impressive interference effects & Cool UI

glad you liked it.

been using it since a week. awesome product. congratulations on the launch!!! 🫶

Congratulations on the launch

SSH connection support?

open weights + desktop interface is the combo everyone kept skipping. curious how it handles long context though

I tried it.. loved the interface and easier to use

Nice addition exited to try it

coding agents are finally becoming first-class apps instead of features bolted onto text editors. the repo is the workspace now, not the tab.

also locally vllm-hosted models?

finally, a proper desktop experience for open weights

This is amazing Congratulations on the launch 🔥🔥🔥

Amazing job. Is it possible to have a Mobile app to that I can use to control my PC from anywhere??

the bit i actually care about is whether my MCP servers and rules carry over from the vscode extension. that sync is the part that always breaks when tools go multi surface.

The interface is clean! Big fan so far

congratulations on the launch 🚀 very interesting use-case !

sterling job, @cline! 👏

you're da goat!

Congratulations on the launch 🥳 Loved testing this 🙌🏻

A desktop wrapper matters if it makes local runs easier to inspect and restart. The differentiator for me is not the model menu; it’s a visible trace of tool calls plus a clean failure boundary.

Nice broo!!

oss?

I love this! 😎 Go open source! Build FASTER!!!! While we can. Mustafa, Dario, and Sam are all coming for our open source! •

Congrats on the launch :) 🫶🏻

T3 Code has been quiet…too quiet lmao

Open weights on the desktop is the quiet middle ground. Cloud stays great for most work. Local only when prompts or contracts cannot leave the building. Anyone else sizing that split for their team?

Looks nice. Need to try.

it was sooo fun using cline !
