Devin Oncall works out of the box with @datadoghq, @Dynatrace, @sentry, and more. We’re excited to partner with the observability community to turn production signals into investigations and fixes, so engineers can spend more time building.

Guy in the video will be jobless btw

Devin oncall is so good that I’m allowed to go on vacation now

@dabit3 Every alert is fixable.

I do love the ad, I think we did it better though. Gotta have a hall of the mountain king anxiety soundtrack to something like this, it's mandatory.

This has been huge for the team! Dramatically reduced the amount of late night pages and improved our reliability/incident process in the absolute as well.

Oncall Docs:

Huge fan of Devin oncall! Works great when paired with @incident_io

Lol. Pagerduty, who uses this dinosaur? 🦖

finally i can sleep peacefully so devin can work for me

Switch to decaf with Devin

This is cool, I'm moving off of Codex in 5 days i'll trial this.

is there anything Devin can't do?

Devin just rebuilt our hackathon site. Oncall is the obvious next job for it 🚀

How do you keep “recovered” separate from “explained”? The bad case is a plausible root cause followed by a successful rollback. The service recovers, so the wrong explanation survives into the postmortem

Production support peeps rejoice

Your SRE team shouldn't live in Slack at 2am for the same class of alert. An agent that investigates first is the upgrade. Humans for judgment. Bots for the pager.

Who pages Devin when Devin is the oncall

@imjaredz huge!!

Now an agent gets paged at 3am to fix what another agent shipped at 5pm

Automated incident response needs bounded remediation permissions, rollback guarantees, and verification that the fix actually resolves the failure

i get hired to be an oncall intern, then hand it off to devin

i'd still want the phone to ring if it gets stuck

Devin for prod call that Prodin

3:12am and he's out cold, finally an oncall shift i'd sign up for

Love it

handling thousands of alerts daily could really cut down on response times

Great

Useful detail from the docs: after finding the root cause, it remediates and opens a fix PR, and can post the investigation straight into PagerDuty incident notes.

Is it cost effective for the little guy?

the 3:12am clock is doing all the marketing for them honestly

oncall is where agents either prove themselves or fall apart. if Devin can actually triage at 3am without waking anyone, that's the real test haha

@grok what's the keyboard in this video?
