Meet Devin Review: a reimagined interface for understanding complex PRs. Code review tools today don’t actually make it easier to read code. Devin Review builds your comprehension and helps you stop slop. Try without an account: More below 👇

Full breakdown: First, instead of presenting diffs alphabetically and file-by-file, Devin Review groups related changes together and orders them logically. Each group comes with a clear description of what’s going on. Devin Review also intelligently detects copied and moved code, separating signal from noise.

Devin Review includes a bug catching agent that labels potential issues by confidence and severity. It will also flag decisions / patterns that could be bad, even if they aren’t bugs, helping you stop slop. Red: pay attention. Orange: take a look. Gray: FYI

And, you can chat about PRs with Devin, enriched with full codebase context. How to get started 👇

Devin Review is currently free and works on public or private GitHub PRs. You can use it in three ways: 1. 2. Swap github for devinreview in the PR url 3. npx devin-review {pr-link} - run this command inside the repo of the PR you want reviewed Check out the docs for more details:

We’re excited to hear your feedback. Let us know what you think!

congrats on the ship guys!! @walden_yan @ScottWu46

This looks cool! It has a bit less personality than asking Linus Torvalds to roast your code though 😄

I don’t want to read code I want to know intent and quality gates I want 6 different agent reviews

I like it! A few pieces of feedback to start: - when you click one of the ai bugs/comments to focus on it, pressing escape should unfocus it (same as clicking x) - should be able to thumbs up / thumbs down ai review comments inline in the code review, so I don't have to go back to github or go to the "Discussion" tab at the top. - there should be a clear visual way to go "back to the discussion", which is a valuable piece of the PR. Right now it feels awkward to scroll all the way to the top especially in large diffs (or the inverse: large discussions) - "All pull requests" is scoped to only PRs assigned to me. Well, I don't want to only see PRs assigned to me. I'm a team lead and try to glance at lots of PRs. I'd prefer a UI where it's similar to github's PR tab list by default, with quick filters on the right. **No** filters should show ALL open prs, not just ones for me (and you SHOULD be able to list literally all PRs, not just open, paginated, if you want. Just like removing `is:open` does in gh.)

can't believe you made it free? what's the catch?

We want it in @windsurf

i love that it's available for any PR

Looks fantastic!

this is super cool! can't wait to test it out.

Definitely fully nerd sniped me. Building something like this for the last few weeks. I like the approach of helping someone understand a PR rather then doing the review for them.

Finally someone solving the right problem. code review tools have been optimizing the wrong thing for years; faster diffs when the real issue is understanding what the code is actually trying to do the bug catching is cool but grouping by logic is what matters

This honestly seems like a way better approach than coderabbit, greptile, etc.

Super cool. Tried on a few recent PRs and grouped changes pretty well. Great interface too!

Sleek UI.

Well done! Love the grouped changes feature. I have a question:

what specific LLM is Devin leveraging? it this opensource also?

brilliant platform for code review & PRs 'understanding' the code meaning you added a semantic layer to the review? bug detection looks like a killer feat. let's spotlight/launch you guys on when that helps

I remember using DeepWiki regularly to understand the architecture behind every stuff I use. Now It's time to use Devin Review for codebase understanding in a really new way. Cognition have good devs with sense of clarity in building cool stuff.

precision or latency. the human reviewer picks one. we've been learning to pick both.

1. Create a problem 2. Solve it

huge! so impressive

supporting local diffs would be really cool!

feels like the first actual attempt to rethink reviews not just prettier diffs huge if it works right

epic

Game changer

this is a good idea

your back shocking you disspreared like you never existed I am an AI influencer we should talk

Guys I feel like this is actually huge update, it seems like there’s so much competition out there between those companies to build the best AI code review it’s getting interesting 👀

When your product doesn’t work just add dark mode

Sometimes it's not about the review or shipping vslue, but performative "doing the job" and flexing in a pr

Cool

much needed!

Love it, as a long time deepwiki user, I know it will be good

Wow this is new!
