introducing figment. it's a personal ai that you can text. it's curious about you & proactively figures out ways to help you, while still feeling like a friend.

you can try it at this project is 3 weeks old, has a ton of rough edges, but it has had some pretty magical moments for the friends who've used it so far, so thought i'd share it! :)

@interaction tbh it's designed to be less of a professional assistant and more of a helpful friend that you'd also enjoy texting. this design affects when & what it does proactively in the background (with its own computer/browser), when it texts you, what it talks with you about, etc.

How is it diff than a very well designed Hermes agent? I’m asking because I’ve set up a hermes agent and it seems to behave like a human friend, and talk alongside doing tasks for me. If this is more than that I wanna try.
