I'm giving up on remote work I know this is controversial. But I tried it for 5 years. I built close to 30 different small teams. The ones that perform best are not remote. Media-driven companies simply need to be in the office. You can't remote work a great piece of content. Creativity needs back and forth. It needs building up on top of each other's ideas. You can't do that on Zoom. So for every entrepreneur out there thinking of hiring a team....get an office!
