I met with Michael McCaul Michael McCaul, Chairman Emeritus of the U.S. House Committee on Foreign Affairs. I'm grateful for the bipartisan support and for attention to Ukraine. Michael congratulated Ukraine on a successful NATO Summit in Ankara. I briefed him on the outcomes of my meeting with the President of the United States. The Summit was indeed a success for us. Licenses to produce future Patriot systems in Ukraine – this is very important to us. We expect that our teams will be able to deliver on this swiftly. We also discussed the situation on the battlefield, Russia's attacks against Ukraine, and our long-range responses. The fuel situation in Russia is the result of Ukrainian technology at work. And we are ready to develop this capability – especially in drones – together with our partners who have stood with us from the very beginning. We already have the framework to do that: the Drone Deal. And we discussed how it could work between our two countries. Thank you.

On day one of the Global Fraud Summit, we - the Ghana delegation - stressed the point that we will not support an international arrangement on global fraud which establishes a one-way traffic of extraditing cybercrime suspects to Western countries. We will, however, support and be part of an arrangement which has a corresponding mechanism for quicker extradition, surrender of political corruption suspects or recovery of loots back to Africa. The Summit is under the auspices of the UN Office on Drugs and Crimes and INTERPOL. It is to explore the establishment of a global legal framework for fighting cross border fraud.

3 reasons why we chose to deploy our rollup in the ZKsync Elastic Chain ecosystem. 1⃣ SXT smart contract execution layer SXT is a blockchain designed for collecting, storing, querying, and proving data to smart contracts. Unlike an EVM chain, it's not designed to execute smart contracts. In order to support critical functions for the SXT network, like staking and slashing for node ops, as well as to allow devs to deploy their own smart contracts directly on SXT, we built our own ZK rollup with ZKsync’s stack. Gigagas ETH L1 (10K TPS) The vision for scaling Ethereum is for the L1 to become a full ZKL1, a future unlocked by zKVMs (like Succinct's SP1) and Real-Time Proving. At the EthCC - Ethereum Community Conference, Justin Drake from the Ethereum Foundation presented a roadmap that will allow the mainnet to achieve a throughput of ~10,000 TPS. This approach also radically increases decentralization, making it possible to run a full validator node on a $7 Raspberry Pi Pico device that consumes one watt of power. The roadmap includes an ambitious plan to increase the L1 gas limit 3x annually.
