Hassle free, Really! you aren’t able 2 deliver luggage on time! No updates from your CBTU TEAM, your employee calls once in a blue moon with the very nuisance updates. Ur call centre team and CBTU team aren’t synced. What you’ll do with new program, Looting customers again!

An airline which could top the list of unprofessional, arrogant employees demeanor at a large level I think, bad services, inside & outside the plane (no charging points, shoddy seat). Luggage handling is at ur mercy & a job done poorly. Counter ticket > Online ticket, wow👏👏

Frustrated with @IndiGo6E in Dammam! Despite notifying us of an 8-hour flight delay, they closed their counter 3 hours before departure. Feels like a mix of carelessness and greed. How is this acceptable? #CustomerService #AirlineIssues

So basically indigo is giving this reward by fraud and cheating customers, as they broken my luggage, and then not giving any type of refund for that or even not replying on email/twitter/call..just pathetic
