Most of the filter coffee decoctions available in the market are single-purpose because of the blends they use, and many contain chicory. They’re usually crafted to deliver the traditional filter coffee flavour. We want to focus on the more café-style flavours - things like cold coffee, cappuccino, even drinks like a cranberry coffee. The idea is to give you the flexibility, while still getting the freshness and taste of coffee similar to what a café would provide.

Yeah exactly why I decided to buy one to try. Chicory doesn't lend itself well to cold coffee. Can't wait to get it!
