Awesome!

🙌

me and my wife dancing and playing chess all day post-singularity

yes, and much more

I'm going to rape it

@speedrun Obsessed with functional robots for the home that don’t try to look human. We already have humans

@speedrun Yes. There’s a large group of people who simply won’t want to share their personal space with others .. let alone artificial humans

You guys hated laundry so much that you needed to get PhDs to solve this deep problem that affects all mankind 👏

lol yes, having Lumes in our home while working on Lumes is a life hack for sure

The design philosophy behind Lume

We’ve got lamps doing your chores before GTA 6 @pmarca

@pmarca this is actually hilarious

i am buying 2

something special happens at 3

why is no one talking about the little pillow pat!?

😂😂😂

real world demo when?

I’ve been saying that your bed side lamp should do more for years now!!!

I think lamps in general should do more they already exist in every room in most homes

I love it

a lamp that does your chores is one of those ideas that sounds absurd until you see it work. the form factor is interesting because a lamp already sits in every room, you don't need a reason to put it somewhere

👊

Is Lume short for Lumiere? :) Great launch!

it actually is lol

knew it

This is the right approach to home robotics. Start with a beautiful object people already want in their home, then layer in utility. This future scales.

Thanks for believing in us early Ashray 👊

Congrats on the launch! Great design. Lume is so much more approachable and beautiful than a humanoid!

yes! come to our demo in Palo Alto this week?

would love to!

The last time you will need to do your chores

Holy. Wait a dang minute... so I don't need a faceless sociopath-built humanoid to do this for 10x more?

You really don’t. We will ship with the same chores sooner, cheaper, and more easily acceptable in the home.

@WillyB_303 This lamp will load a dishwasher?

@WillyB_303 for you yes

@Scobleizer don’t make customer adapt, integrate in their life refreshing design after so long

@Scobleizer yes

So great working with you on the launch! Huge congrats team 🚀
