⚽️ Cutback Small Sided Game 🗣️ This is a practice from drill library. This small-sided game is played with 4v4 teams and 4 neutral players positioned at the 4 corners of the grid, known as the 'cutback' zones. The objective is to score 1 goal to win the game. After each goal, the losing team will switch with the neutral players, ensuring that both teams get equal opportunities in different roles. The neutral players are restricted to 1 touch, and the team in possession is encouraged to use them to create goal-scoring chances through quick cutbacks, crosses, or switching the play. The attacking team should aim to exploit the neutral zones to stretch the defense, pull defenders out of position, and open up space for a final delivery into the box. The defenders will need to be aware of their positioning and try to prevent passes into the neutral zones by maintaining close coverage on their opponents.

Paying a physical toll is just HALF the price you have to pay to win the hardest trophy in all of sports, its an emotional toll on you also. One shift being complacent… one moment… and you could be knocked out of a series. You have to hit, but you have to be able to take them too! As a player i want to see clean body checks! aslong as its with the shoulder i think it should be fair game… KEEP YOUR HEAD UP! To play at this level and not be able to keep your head up when making plays, is like walking blind folded down a highway against on coming traffic! What’s your attitude when you get a windy day on the course? One of the best things about playing links golf is you get used to the wind. You go from fearing it to craving it. (When the course is made for wind.) We had a super windy day at Kennemer in Holland. Had 180 yards straight into the breeze on 9, went with a dead hand 7 wood and struck gold. A great shot is always satisfying. But the more variables you take on, the more satisfying it is. Learning to treat wind as an opportunity to really play golf completely changes your enjoyment level.

This is what I’m talking about. This isn’t to highlight Bentancur. It’s how 90% of teams and players behave for I’d say 70% of the game. But what are we trying to achieve here? The best thing that can happen from any phase of play, is to score a goal. So that’s the overall objective. To do that, the ball at some stage has to go behind every single opposition player and space has to be exploited whether it’s big or small. But Bentancur here is waiting. Waiting for players to move. Waiting for opposition to move. But why would Newcastle move? They don’t need to break from their shape. But imagine what would happen if Bentancur travelled with the ball into those open spaces. Newcastle and spurs players aren’t just going to watch, it’s going to instigate a chain reaction of movement from both sides. And that will in turn break up shapes which creates gaps. Then it’s if you are confident and able to exploit. But just waiting doesn’t achieve it. Imagine the disruption you will cause if both the ball player, and off ball players look to provoke the opposition as opposed to rigidly stand in shape. It’s just logical. If you stay still. Why does the opposition need to move? So what pictures are changing? What gaps are you opening? What gaps are you exploiting? So how do you expect to score when to score a goal, gaps have to be exploited? It’s why when people say “it’s harder in modern football, there’s less space”. No there isn’t. There’s always space. You’re just seeing players less willing to provoke it and attack it.

Training glutes still doesn’t get the love it should from men. Aesthetically, sure, your focus will be more on the V taper frame, or strong arms. But as the largest and strongest muscle in the body, the glutes have the potential to really boost your transformation to a top 1% physique. Two more games to round up the 2023 AFCON, my third AFCON experience. The lesson here for the next generation in journalism; Reporting the NPFL & domestic football/sports can take you globally, don't allow people to condition your mindset wrongly. If your dream is to travel around the world and cover international tournaments, trust me you will make it. If you have a directive that is strictly to monetize your content/job without traveling for tournaments, trust me you will achieve it. Anything you dream of about your journey in journalism, domestic content will take you there. Yes, sports journalism especially reporting domestic football/sports is a struggle, most times the pace is slow, very slow, but with consistency and hard work, you will get to the top of your dreams. Think about collaboration, make friends and expand your reach. Don’t set a mindset of competition, content and reportage is wide and the space is wide enough to accommodate all of us. Be yourself best and not to your colleagues. Journalism rolls like Football, those 5,000 meters ahead of you today, trust me you will catch up one day. This is the reason why collaboration with your colleagues is the pathway of sustainability. Aidan O'Connell gets sacked on his final play last night and in my opinion the sack is on the #Raiders QB just as much as it is on LT Andrus Peat. AOC has a 3 step drop which means the play is designed for him to get the ball out quick. If you don't get the ball out then a QB is going to need to Create something. But what you don't want him to do is back pedal into a sack. Peat does lose the rep, but he does a good job recovering and pushing the DE up the field. I think AOC's ability to feel pressure, get away from it, and throw on the run were some things I saw from him last year where he struggled with. So I do hope next week he shows a little bit more in that. Overall the play didn't work because Luke Getsy designed a really poor play where the spacing is off, I will talk about this more on my Youtube channel later today but you can clearly see that Bowers was supposed to be a natural pick for Tre Tucker at the bottom of the screen. But the spacing didn't work and the WR and TE run into each other.

Open Letter to MP Iqbal Mohamed, I recently watched your video where you stated: “Let the West… let the enemies not divide us.” Since you are a sitting Member of the British Parliament, this raises some serious questions that demand clarification: 1. If the West is your “enemy,” then what exactly are you doing representing a British constituency in the UK Parliament – which sits in the heart of the West, in London? You cannot call the very nation you serve an enemy while holding public office within it. 2. Do you genuinely feel safe living among these “enemies” in the UK? If you truly believe this country and its people are hostile, then standing for political office here contradicts your own statement. 3. Are you stepping back from the oath you took – in the name of Allah – to bear true faith and allegiance to His Majesty King Charles and to uphold the laws and values of the United Kingdom?
