The idea for Omni came from my own obsession with shipping products. I needed to develop workflows to manage context between Claude and AI IDEs like Cursor and Windsurf, building on best practices from past product launches.

As these workflows began covering multiple domains, the setup quickly became unwieldy to manage, and it was hard to maintain focus across different tools. So, I decided to build Omni.

With breakthroughs in AI coding tools, we're about to see more solo founders and lean product teams. All of Omni's codebase was written with @windsurf_ai after initial prototyping with @v0. Omni adds another layer to the ecosystem by helping you develop your ideas.
