Designing and building your strategy from feature requests and customer feedback is the number one way to lose. Your customer has no competence in building digital products. If they had, they would be building it themselves and putting your margin in their pocket.

agree that feedack should not control 100% of your product strategy. for us it influences ~1/3rd of what we build

I do both support and product. Does that mean I can use Product Intelligence to collaborate with myself

really excited to share product intelligence with everyone. proud of the team for all their work!

Support teams hear the same feature requests over and over. But collaborating with the product team to build them is a lot of work.

You have to... โ Gather mentions of the request โ Quantify impact โ Link evidence to Linear or Jira tickets โ Notify customers upon release Most teams don't have the time to do all this. But with Product Intelligence, every step is automated for you.

Here's how it works... Automatically cluster similar customer feedback into a feature request. Filter requests by any custom field to understand which accounts they affect.

See AI summaries, conversation snippets, and lists of everyone who asked for the feature, what they want, and when they mentioned it. Click into individual customer interactions to see the details.

Sort feature requests by ARR or number of mentions to instantly quantify business impact.

Directly create a ticket in Linear or Jira with all the evidence already attached. Next time a customer mentions the feature, it automatically gets clustered and added into the existing ticket.

Once the feature ships, automatically draft a broadcast to notify every customer who asked for it at scale.

Instead of manually collecting feedback from tickets and conversations, you can help product build what customers actually want.

This is our next step in building the unified platform for your post-sales team. Pylon is already where customer interactions become actionable account insights. Now, it's also where you turn feature requests into business insights that drive the product roadmap.

Shoutout to Joyce, Oliver, Yoona, Cassie, and Hannah for their incredible work on this project. Lots of fast follows are coming up soon. Full blog post in the comments ๐

Smart move!

very interesting

Big props to @usepylon for continuing to crush it with new features. We started using Pylon back when they were in YC - theyโve done nothing but deliver since

ProductStrategy feels like an over-reach b/c there's much more to Strategy. Doing a great job of collecting, compiling, summarizing, customer feedback (from all channels) is enough. Especially if it helps you to catch surprising comments and assist in connecting dots in new ways

remember this is just v1 :)

Totally get it. Suggesting your message will have more impact if you focus on the most immediate and tangible outcomes for product and marketing teams: new connections and insights about customers (and competitors?) from existing data Claiming strategy blows your credibility

Pylon customer here. I think you are onto something here but it's not worth $120/customer per year.

hey @dodeja - PI is included as part of our existing AI Assistants SKU!

Big launch from the Pylon team, we <3 Pylon at LangChain!

Keep pushing this is awesome

Automating feedback collection is a game changer. Cuts down the tedious work and keeps everyone aligned.

love to see it closing the loop with customers is huge
