🚨 $ETH HAS DONE NOTHING FOR 5 YEARS AND IT WILL CONTINUE DOING NOTHING This consolidation likely won't end until 2028... that's 2 years from now. You would have been better off holding potatoes. There is nothing to do except wait for a breakout of the multi-year range. However... once that breakout takes place it could be absolutely brutal. The longer the range the larger the expansion.

Just when I thought Bulgarian split squats couldn’t get any tougher😮‍💨 The “Deficit Bulgarian Split Squat” proved me wrong. By elevating the front foot, you increase your range of motion, allowing for a deeper stretch through the glutes and adductors. Combined with the goblet hold, this variation increases core engagement, stability, and mechanical tension making every rep count. These are some of the Benefits: Greater glute and quad stimulus Increased range of motion More tension in the lengthened position Improved unilateral strength, balance, and stability Remember: Don’t chase depth at the expense of form. Stay controlled, keep your pelvis stable. My entire leg was on fire after these. 😭 💀 Will you give this a try?

I don’t know what you’re getting at. If you have any better ideas, shoot. If the stock takes out the lows of the day that invalidates the opening range highs. Like Tesla yesterday took out the opening range highs. Let’s look at the one minute—this is one I traded. Opening range highs were like 863 something, let’s just say 864. Why would I hold it if it takes out this first green candle? Where would I put my stop if you’re not gonna use the lows of the day? What are you going to use? That’s my question.”
