Introducing Stand’s World Model, a physics-native frontier model for the built environment. This is how we help the world survive catastrophe: by computing how physical force acts on a structure, protecting property from fire, wind, flood, or earthquake.

The model identifies the specific changes that make each home survive — tree by tree, wall by wall, window by window. Our world model lets us do this at scale, made possible with high-resolution digital twins, modern compute, and the speed of AI inference.

Insurance is a purely reactive safety net. It’s necessary, but doesn’t physically protect us – which means, when disasters happen more often, insurance gets scarce and expensive. Fortifying our buildings means insurance premiums should approach $0 in the limit.

Across the US, premiums are rising, insurance is getting scarce, and home values are dropping as a result. In California, homeowners are underinsured by $1T+. The solution is to pair insurance with specific physical changes that measurably change the outcome.
