Ditch the chemicals or super expensive natural mouthwashes and just make this at home! 👇 Why I make this: 👏 Cloves: Natural antibacterial to fight plaque and freshens breath 👏 Cinnamon: Reduces inflammation and adds a warm, fresh flavor 👏 Coconut Oil: Known for its detoxifying and antimicrobial properties 👏 To stop the funding of chemical productions being labeled as healthy products 😉 Empty large mason jars are expensive for no reason so just reuse a jar you already have, but wash it out *really good* first otherwise you’ll have salsa flavored mouthwash ;) jk but not jking Ingredients: 💦Warm water ✨Two sticks of cinnamon (do NOT use ground cinnamon, mi amor) ✨Two TBSP of cloves (honestly you can use however much you want, it’s just gonna be a stronger flavor and more powerful) 🥥Coconut oil Mix warm water with cloves and cinnamon and let sit for an hour, then add in the coconut oil, shake it up or double boil it if the water is not warm enough for the coconut oil to melt through Use it, enjoy it, fight against expensive medical mouthwashes that destroy your good bacteria.
