The part your agent can't do alone is actually applying. Dreamwork MCP opens the employer's own website, fills every field, attaches the tailored resume it wrote for that role, answers the screening questions and submits. All you have to do is ask it to.

Does it work? Last 30 days: 90+ interview requests at 87 companies 80+ of them from Autopilot (turn it on!) 31 in the last week alone These are all real companies our users got interviews at.

Add it to Claude, ChatGPT, and many other agents. You can also add the connector if you don't use Claude Code or Codex. Get started 👇

So i can just open up claude and find a $200k/yr role?

Yes. Yes you can.

I like the creativity for real

Absolutely sterling job in doing this. Well done!

Ayoo, mcp for it? Crazyyy

we’ve been using it internally for testing, it cooks

Wooho

the employer's own site part is what makes this interesting. actually getting through the application instead of just helping you prepare for it is a huge step

сongrats, now every recruiter gets 10,000 perfect resumes a day. the next unicorn is the agent that rejects them

- We don't drop fake stuff in the resumes, we just clean up the real stuff to be presented well - Recruiters should absolutely be using agents - This isn't a hard problem to solve on the recruiting side

fair, cleaning up real experience is different from inventing it. curious thought: when both sides run agents, what actually decides who gets the interview? feels like signal moves to something agents can`t polish

This just made job seeking easier

super Cool!

One paste install is the dream format. On our side a consultant asked mid-demo if he could pull a competitor's whole catalog into a spreadsheet through the MCP. Same instinct: one job, no new admin panel.

this is a solid use case for agents

This is a very fun MCP use case 😂 does it handle the application questions too?

Wait, so Claude just fills the form and hits submit now?

With tailored resumes, each automated submission should save the exact resume sent. That gives candidates a reference for interview prep.

thats crazzy

Auto-submit is the useful bit. How often do company sites still block it?

so awesome

love the narrative here <3

the apply step is the part agents never had.

Nahh, this is a game changer for real

2M live roles and automated submissions are compelling, but I wouldn’t let an agent send every application unattended. A human approval step for each tailored submission helps catch bad fits and prevent inaccurate claims.

this the sort of thing I love to see.. good job colin

Solid narrative, I love it

@BowTiedCyber

No need filling job applications manually again? Interesting

@bot should I do this?

This is actually crazy fr

This is interesting, I can’t wait to give it a shot

the part agents never had was actually hitting submit on the company site

this is a game changing innovation from you

Okay we all agree this agent is not something we never thought of having right? Amazing

Agentic getting job applications done now? Sounds wild gotta check
