Are we also done with charging $100 when bags clearly fit the measuring bin?

Umm...this is funny! Tried booking a flight & Discount Den is $50 but it's charging $70 when you chose the fare! Should've tested everything before roll-out!

Great, now how about fixing your redesigned site that breaks for go wild pass holders each and every time you make a change. Think we’re long overdue an early booking promo after all the issues we deal with.

Seeing is believing. The bar is so low for your Customer Service at this point that it'd be tough for it to get any worse.

I just bought the annual pass and the farr is actually more expensive than the regular ones! When I try to contact customer support it take hours to get a human on chat

Stop limiting your vouchers, when flights are cancelled. Vouchers should be good for the whole itinerary (airfare + taxes & fees). Not just the airfare portion.
