ROUTINE LINK 🎯: To play, just open Aimlabs and click the link. You can also search for it by name: “VALORANT Aim Basics”. Keep reading below for a more in-depth explanation and a showcase of each scenario in the routine ⬇️

The goal with this routine🧐: This playlist works both as a main daily training routine and as a warmup. It is 24 minutes long (8 one-minute scenarios played 3 times each) and is usable by players of all skill levels, while also serving as an introduction for VALORANT players coming to Aimlabs. The routine is structured around what I consider the three main aim categories or techniques for VALORANT: Microcorrections, Flicking technique, and Smoothness. I also added two scenarios at the end that feel considerably more game-like, as they focus on two very common situations in VALORANT: fighting frequently strafing enemies and reacting to enemies peeking angles. Below you will find an explanation for each part of the routine ⬇️

🔴MICROS: 🔵Micro 2 Sphere VALORANT: Two small static targets in a very small space, meant as core micro training and also as an in-playlist warmup within the routine. Fun, easy to play, and a good isolation exercise for practicing small flick motions. 🔵Microshot VALORANT: Two targets in a long corridor with readable, predictable strafes. Great for learning how to chain micros and eliminate multiple evasive targets in a row, which is very common in VALORANT. Trains microcorrections and the ability to focus on more than one target on screen, without being overwhelming. ⬇️

🔴FLICKING TECHNIQUE: 🔵Adjustshot VALORANT: Two targets on a wide wall with no depth. They are not static, as they have slight, gentle movement. Very useful for training proper flicking technique due to the required initial flick and the microcorrection needed because of the small target movement. One of my personal favorite flicking tasks. 🔵Headshot VALORANT: Four moving targets in a wide play area that only move horizontally until they hit the side walls. The task also has depth, so targets can appear closer or farther away. It represents situations where you catch multiple enemies rotating while unaware of your presence and need to eliminate them quickly. Similar to Microshot in that it emphasizes fighting several targets, but on a much larger scale. It also trains micros, but I included it here because it requires clean, wide flicks to move from target to target. ⬇️

🔴SMOOTHNESS / STABILITY: 🔵Strafe Track VALORANT: A single invincible tracking target that moves horizontally, with slight back and forth motion, mimicking a VALORANT player constantly strafing. Trains target reading and tension control, especially when reacting to changes in the target's direction. 🔵Angle Track VALORANT: An auto-movement scenario where the player moves side to side in a half-circle area while tracking a static target that despawns and respawns every six seconds. Excellent for stability, as it teaches players to use the full range of arm motion while tracking. Also representative of gameplay, since it mimics holding and moving along an angle while maintaining proper crosshair placement. Pro tip: In both of these tasks, you can simply hover over the target. There's no need to hold down the shoot button. ⬇️

🔴GAME SPECIFIC: 🔵Strafeshot VALORANT: A dynamic scenario with four targets at different heights. The targets strafe horizontally and frequently stop moving. Extremely representative of gunfights, as erratic movement and “ADAD spamming” are the most common ways to avoid getting killed in VALORANT. This is one of the hardest aiming situations in the game (excluding special movement abilities), so training it in isolation is important. Trains flicking technique, micros, and target reading. 🔵Peekshot VALORANT: A simple scenario that replicates holding a corridor where an enemy can peek from either side. Great for training reactions, micros, and an extremely common situation in VALORANT and most other TacFPS games. ⬇️

And that's the routine! If you have any questions or thoughts, feel free to comment ✍️ It's been a while since I last posted about a routine, but since we are starting to make more official Aimlabs ones, this felt like a good opportunity 🫡 I hope you like it!💜

@aimlab 1. Make sure to have Aimlabs installed from Steam not Epic Games. 2. Open aimlabs, wait a couple seconds in the lobby, and then click on the link. 3. If nothing works just search it by name in the search bar "VALORANT Aim Basics"

Oh I thought you were talking about the RAMP warmup, I didn't know this routine existed. I can see the similarities actually! which makes sense since I worked with minigod for years making scenarios and routines and because a lot of the scenarios here are recreations of the original scenarios I made on aimlabs.

I'M SHOCKED – ALMOST NOBODY IS USING GROK BOT THE RIGHT WAY. A LEAD ENGINEER AT SPACEX AI JUST DROPPED A 1-HOUR COURSE ON HOW IT'S ACTUALLY DONE. HERE'S ALL OF IT IN 60 SECONDS. The mistake almost everyone makes: they hand Grok Bot random one-off tasks. That's it. That's the whole reason it still feels like a chatbot to you. Here's the system he teaches instead – five parts: → ROLE – stop assigning tasks, create permanent roles. Chief of Staff, Inbox Manager, Researcher, Developer, Reviewer. A bot with a job title beats a bot with a to-do list → TOOLS – connect each bot to what it actually needs: Gmail, Slack, Calendar, Notion, GitHub. It does the work on its own persistent cloud computer → SKILL – teach it your workflow. Write the instructions, or just record yourself doing the job once – Grok Bot turns that demonstration into a reusable skill → ROUTINE – anything you repeat becomes a routine. It runs on a schedule or fires off an event, with your laptop closed → TEAM – group the bots together. The lead bot delegates, the specialists work in parallel, and you set approval rules before anything sends an email, moves a calendar or pushes code The one honest catch: a new bot still needs context and some hand-holding on its first few runs. But that's the entire system. Role → Tools → Skill → Routine → Team. Everyone else is still typing one-off prompts into Grok Bot and wondering why nothing compounds. If your 16 YO athlete isn’t willing to wake up 15-min earlier to make their own breakfast they really don’t care about getting stronger or improving as an athlete. You can’t earn that D1 scholarship with an attitude consistent with Intramural sports. Seriously, if you have a student athlete under your roof who has a phone, spends > 4 hours/day social media, goes to specialized training, plays multiple sports that you spend thousands of dollars on annually they should absolutely be able to prioritize their nutrition and sleep. Don’t be your kid’s friend, be their parent. Encourage them to pack snacks, build a routine that is centered around supporting the life they want to live. Kids need routine, structure, discipline, and guidance. They will be glad they had a parent who encouraged them to eat well and recover smart. There’s a lot of hard working athletes out there hungry to get better and will easily outperform those who have poor habits. Poor habits like staying up late, on phones for hours a day, skipping meals, drinking energy drinks, eating candy and chips as meals, and flat out showing up to training under-fueled giving 50% effort. If you want your kid to be strong and successful, ask them to put down the phone. Help them plan out their meals and snacks for games and training, get to bed early and pack their water bottle. These are simple and basic things for GOOD health. If you really want to be great you need to do the basics. If you can’t do the basics you really don’t care about being great. No one accidentally shows up to the championship game or succeeds in life by accident. Discipline, structure, and life skills need to be taught early on in life! Too many kids lack the means to succeed. It’s 2025 and it’s time to get these student athletes dialed! 📞

🚨Declassified UAP encounter has "SHAKEN the Intelligence Community and Military"🚨 This is why Rep. Eric Burlison wants you to dig into it! Watch the recounting of the series of encounters ⬇️below⬇️ or read the official summary below! Full report in post below. Full Statement about UAP Sighting This is an FBI 302 interview conducted with a senior US intelligence official regarding his first-hand account of a UAP encounter at a US military facility. USPER relayed to FBI agents that he and other federal and state personnel conducted searches to where orbs had been previously seen. After searching the area with a helicopter, they found a “super-hot” orb hovering over the ground. The orb is reported to have travelled for 20 miles at a speed too fast for the helicopter in pursuit. An additional “swarm” of lights were seen moving in all directions. A total of four or five additional orbs were seen shortly thereafter for a short time, flaring up and then down. This pattern of four or five orbs flaring up, then down continued over the next thirty minutes across the area. The photos linked in the "Related Media" section are connected to a set of UAP encounters on a sensitive government testing installation in the Western US in 2025. These orb-like UAP were observed at various ranges by multiple, and in some cases simultaneous, government personnel and sensors. The linked narrative is an FBI-collected account from a senior U.S. intelligence community official who witnessed the UAP with the naked eye, while accompanied by two pilots under NVGs. Other pilots in separate aircraft, and ground-based observers with night vision, also witnessed UAP during the exercise. The photos of UAP underneath the helicopter are from this same set of observations, taken through night vision devices by ground-based personnel.

Up to 30% of the weight lost while dieting can come from lean muscle mass—but the right training and nutrition can help you preserve muscle, which is key for metabolic health and reducing the risk of sarcopenia. You can lose fat and gain muscle at the same time—a process called body recomposition—if you train and eat strategically. The most important factor is resistance training. Lifting heavy 2–3 times per week is essential for maintaining and building muscle while losing fat. Without it, muscle mass inevitably declines. Nutrition also plays a major role. Eating in a slight calorie deficit—around 10–20% below maintenance—allows for steady fat loss without sacrificing muscle, energy levels, or training performance. Protein intake is another key priority. Research shows that consuming 1.8 to 2.2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per day is optimal for muscle retention and growth during a calorie deficit, and going even higher may provide additional benefits. Beyond training and nutrition, recovery is just as crucial. Adequate sleep, stress management, and tracking progress help ensure you’re making real, sustainable changes. Get this right and you have a powerful strategy to build muscle and lose fat. If you want to learn more about optimizing body recomposition, improving VO2 max, and enhancing brain health, tune into the latest episode of the FoundMyFitness podcast, where and I break it all down with insights from top experts. ⛩ Easy & Intermediate Ab Routine ⛩ Save it for later 📜🏯 ⛩ Max out each exercise before you move on to the next one. The more sets more, reps and less rest between each exercise will determine the difficulty of this routine ⛩ When structuring an ab routine, the order in which you train different regions of your abdominals can significantly impact the effectiveness of your workout. Starting with the lower abs is a strategic approach, and here’s why: ⛩ Lower Abs are Typically Harder: Exercises targeting the lower abdominal muscles are often more challenging. They require more core stability and strength, especially as these muscles are usually less developed than the upper abs. ⛩ Use Initial Strength Wisely: At the beginning of your workout, your energy levels and muscle strength are at their peak. It’s wise to use this initial strength to tackle the more demanding lower ab exercises. By doing so, you can perform these challenging exercises with better form and effectiveness. ⛩ Prevent Fatigue Impact: If you start with easier upper ab exercises, by the time you move to the lower abs, fatigue might set in, compromising your form and the overall efficiency of the workout. This could lead to less effective engagement of the lower abs and potentially increase the risk of injury. ⛩ Balanced Ab Development: Training lower abs first ensures that they receive focused attention, promoting a more balanced development of the entire abdominal region. This approach can help in achieving a more evenly toned and strong core. ⛩ Progress to Easier Exercises: After exhausting the lower abs, you can shift to upper ab exercises, which generally feel easier and require less stability. This gradual transition allows for a sustained workout intensity. ⛩ Finish with Obliques: Ending with oblique exercises allows you to target these supporting muscles last. Since obliques are not as taxing as lower abs exercises, they can be effectively trained even when you’re nearing the end of your workout. . . . . #abroutine #abs #dojoabs #dojomode #dojo #thedojo #anime #sixpack #sixpackabs #sixpackworkout #situps #beach #beachbody #body #grounding #health #beach #body
