One guy keeps a farm of Mac minis on his desk and says each $600 box brings him $2,000 a month while he sleeps. AND THE HARDWARE ACTUALLY WORKS. But the number is not even the interesting part. The broken part is HOW: his AI no longer sits in a chat window. It sees the screen, moves the mouse itself, types and clicks the interface like a human at a computer. That is it. While most people still run AI in a chat and ask it for text, he sat Claude down right at the computer and put it to work with its hands. He automated not a single task but the workplace itself. How it actually works: on every Mac mini Claude runs with computer use turned on and the official Claude API docs spell it out: screenshot capture, mouse control, keyboard input, desktop automation. The agent opens the browser and the apps itself and runs the boring routine on a schedule: pulls leads, fills the CRM, checks orders, runs QA on the site. One box, one quiet worker that does not sleep and does not ask for a salary. His math is simple: a Mac mini is $600 once, Claude Max is $200 a month, and a live white-collar worker on the same routine costs a business $4,000 and up. So he rents out each node to a client as an AI worker for about $2,000 and 6 Mac minis come out to around $12,000 a month with costs a bit over $1,000 on subscriptions. But the $12,000 is his projection not a revenue dashboard: the video has no client, no task log, no working automation at all. The real asset here is not the stack of hardware but the one repeatable process the agent actually closes. Because a Mac mini on its own earns nothing. The money shows up exactly where the boring browser routine used to be done by hand for a salary and now you can hand it to an agent for the price of a subscription. Computer use is still in beta, almost nobody builds a service on it and the demand for cheap GUI routine is huge. The window is open for literally the next few months. Most people will watch this, laugh at the "$600 AI worker" and close it. And the ones who actually put an agent on one boring task and grind it into a repeat will ride this wave while it is still empty. Would you sit an AI right at your own computer on the boring routine or are you still clicking through it by hand?

If your 16 YO athlete isn’t willing to wake up 15-min earlier to make their own breakfast they really don’t care about getting stronger or improving as an athlete. You can’t earn that D1 scholarship with an attitude consistent with Intramural sports. Seriously, if you have a student athlete under your roof who has a phone, spends > 4 hours/day social media, goes to specialized training, plays multiple sports that you spend thousands of dollars on annually they should absolutely be able to prioritize their nutrition and sleep. Don’t be your kid’s friend, be their parent. Encourage them to pack snacks, build a routine that is centered around supporting the life they want to live. Kids need routine, structure, discipline, and guidance. They will be glad they had a parent who encouraged them to eat well and recover smart. There’s a lot of hard working athletes out there hungry to get better and will easily outperform those who have poor habits. Poor habits like staying up late, on phones for hours a day, skipping meals, drinking energy drinks, eating candy and chips as meals, and flat out showing up to training under-fueled giving 50% effort. If you want your kid to be strong and successful, ask them to put down the phone. Help them plan out their meals and snacks for games and training, get to bed early and pack their water bottle. These are simple and basic things for GOOD health. If you really want to be great you need to do the basics. If you can’t do the basics you really don’t care about being great. No one accidentally shows up to the championship game or succeeds in life by accident. Discipline, structure, and life skills need to be taught early on in life! Too many kids lack the means to succeed. It’s 2025 and it’s time to get these student athletes dialed! 📞

Full Statement about UAP Sighting This is an FBI 302 interview conducted with a senior US intelligence official regarding his first-hand account of a UAP encounter at a US military facility. USPER relayed to FBI agents that he and other federal and state personnel conducted searches to where orbs had been previously seen. After searching the area with a helicopter, they found a “super-hot” orb hovering over the ground. The orb is reported to have travelled for 20 miles at a speed too fast for the helicopter in pursuit. An additional “swarm” of lights were seen moving in all directions. A total of four or five additional orbs were seen shortly thereafter for a short time, flaring up and then down. This pattern of four or five orbs flaring up, then down continued over the next thirty minutes across the area. The photos linked in the "Related Media" section are connected to a set of UAP encounters on a sensitive government testing installation in the Western US in 2025. These orb-like UAP were observed at various ranges by multiple, and in some cases simultaneous, government personnel and sensors. The linked narrative is an FBI-collected account from a senior U.S. intelligence community official who witnessed the UAP with the naked eye, while accompanied by two pilots under NVGs. Other pilots in separate aircraft, and ground-based observers with night vision, also witnessed UAP during the exercise. The photos of UAP underneath the helicopter are from this same set of observations, taken through night vision devices by ground-based personnel.

Up to 30% of the weight lost while dieting can come from lean muscle mass—but the right training and nutrition can help you preserve muscle, which is key for metabolic health and reducing the risk of sarcopenia. You can lose fat and gain muscle at the same time—a process called body recomposition—if you train and eat strategically. The most important factor is resistance training. Lifting heavy 2–3 times per week is essential for maintaining and building muscle while losing fat. Without it, muscle mass inevitably declines. Nutrition also plays a major role. Eating in a slight calorie deficit—around 10–20% below maintenance—allows for steady fat loss without sacrificing muscle, energy levels, or training performance. Protein intake is another key priority. Research shows that consuming 1.8 to 2.2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per day is optimal for muscle retention and growth during a calorie deficit, and going even higher may provide additional benefits. Beyond training and nutrition, recovery is just as crucial. Adequate sleep, stress management, and tracking progress help ensure you’re making real, sustainable changes. Chest Workout Routine To build a great chest, you need the right workout routine. This routine will help you effectively target your chest muscles and build strength and size. Warm-up (5-10 minutes) It is important to warm up before starting any workout. This prevents injury and prepares the muscles for the workout. * Light cardio (such as jumping jacks or skipping) * Dynamic stretching (such as arm circles, torso twists) Main Workout Perform the following exercises in 3-4 sets, with 8-12 repetitions in each set. Rest 60-90 seconds between each set. * Barbell Bench Press * This is one of the most effective exercises for the chest. It targets the upper, middle and lower chest muscles. * How to do: Lie on your back on a bench, feet firmly planted on the floor. Hold the barbell slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Bring the barbell down to your chest and then push it up. * Incline Dumbbell Press * This exercise especially helps develop the upper chest muscles. * How to do: Sit on an inclined bench (about 30-45 degrees). Hold a dumbbell in each hand. Push the dumbbells up above your chest, then slowly bring them down. * Dumbbell Fly * This exercise helps stretch the chest muscles and give a deep cut. * How to do: Lie on the bench on your back, holding a dumbbell in each hand. With your arms slightly bent, stretch the dumbbells above your chest as if you were hugging someone. Slowly bring them back to the starting position. * Cable Crossover * This exercise focuses on the inner chest muscles and provides a better definition. * How to do: Stand in the middle of the cable machine. Hold a handle with each hand. Bring your arms to the front, as if you are bringing your hands together. * Push-ups * Push-ups are a great bodyweight exercise that strengthens the chest, shoulders and triceps. * How to do: Come down on your palms and toes, keeping the body straight. Lower your chest close to the ground and then push up. If normal push-ups are difficult, you can do them on your knees. Cool-down (5-10 minutes) Cooling down and stretching after a workout is important for muscle recovery. * Do static stretches of the chest, shoulders and triceps. Hold each stretch for 20-30 seconds. Important tips * Progressive overload: Slowly increase the weight or increase the number of repetitions over time so that your muscles are constantly challenged. * Correct Form: Always focus on maintaining correct form. Incorrect form can lead to injuries and muscles not being targeted properly. * Nutrition: Adequate protein and a balanced diet are important for muscle growth. * Rest: Getting enough sleep and giving your chest a rest before the next workout is essential for muscle recovery and growth. This routine can help you build a strong and well-developed chest. Remember, consistency is key to seeing results!
