Introducing v6 (Showcase). Built for performance marketers who actually give a shit about creative. While everyone’s chasing the newest AI model to sell another guide, I spent my time building a system brands can use to train creative teams. v6 focuses on: • Scripting that holds attention • Cinematic...

You forgot about v5.3? It’s been more than a month since you’ve been promoting it and giving us an update date. When is it actually coming, man? At this point, I’m assuming v6 is gonna take at least another month after that 💀

Training creative teams beats chasing another AI model.

The training part is the hard bit. Scripting and editing you can teach from examples, but b-roll is where teams drift, because they shoot what looks good instead of what the line needs. The rule that fixed it for us: every b-roll clip has to answer the sentence it sits under.

That focus on a repeatable creative system is more valuable than chasing every new model—especially when teams need consistent scripts, visuals, and iterations. I’ve been testing image and video variations in this workspace too:

most devs would tell you it's not about ai models or even scripting, but knowing how your team uses data

Performance marketers need a library of decisions, not a library of pretty ads. For Showcase v6, I would tag every script by hook, objection, offer and failure reason, then connect those tags to spend and contribution margin. The training value appears when a new buyer can explain why the winner won.

Before AI, marketing teams built five creatives for every campaign. Now they can generate fifty. But more content didn't solve marketing. It exposed a new bottleneck. Most of it is slop. AI solved the quantity problem. It created a quality problem. Kyle Wong & co-founder tseungc built InstaAgent to solve the second one. A consumer brand hands InstaAgent a single marketing brief. From there, the team handles the strategy, the creative, the distribution, and the analytics. The result isn't 50 generic ads. It's personalized content built for hundreds of distinct audiences - each with its own messaging, creative, and targeting. Think about a global CPG company. Hundreds of SKUs. Dozens of countries. That's thousands of creative variations before you even start optimizing performance. The hard part isn't generating content anymore. It's knowing what to create. Anyone can pay $25 a month for an AI model. Very few know how to turn that model into marketing that actually performs. That's why InstaAgent isn't positioning itself as another self-serve AI tool. It's an AI-native marketing partner - combining human judgment with AI execution to produce creative that brands can actually scale. The market is responding. From $0 to $1M ARR in just 10 months. Enterprise customers including Nestlé and P&G. Enterprise sales cycles closing in less than a month. The first wave of AI made content abundant. The next wave will reward the companies that know exactly who that content is for. 🎙️ Kyle Wong, Co-Founder & CEO, InstaAgent on Fondo.com START

I built an Agency Client Finder in Claude Code that finds DTC brands who need a creative agency, and writes the pitch for you 🤯 Drop in a niche → it scans the Meta Ad Library, finds brands that are spending on ads but running weak creative, and hands you a ranked prospect list with a tailored pitch for each. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for agencies who are great at the work but terrible at the pipeline. The hardest part of running an agency was never the creative, it's finding clients who actually need you AND have the budget to pay. So you cold-DM brands that ignore you, scrape LinkedIn for "Head of Growth" titles, and pitch brands that already have an agency or no budget at all. This finds the ones already raising their hand: → Drop in your niche (skincare, supplements, coffee, pet, men's grooming…) → It scans every brand running ads in the Meta Ad Library → Scores each one: spending on ads, but weak creative — low volume, stale, catalog-only, no video → Pulls their actual ad creatives and critiques them like a creative director → Looks up each brand's email + website so you can actually reach them → Hands you a ranked list with the evidence, a pitch, and the contact info No cold-list spray-and-pray. No pitching brands with no budget. No guessing who actually needs you. What you get: → A ranked list of brands spending on ads but starved for creative → Their real ads, with the exact creative gap named for each → A tailored pitch angle per brand — walk into the call with the evidence → Their actual email + website, so it's an outreach list, not a research list → Run it on any niche, any market, in minutes Built 100% in Claude Code, on the Meta Ad Library. I put together a step-by-step playbook showing you how to build this: the Ad Library scrape, the scoring, the whole pipeline. Want the playbook for free? > Like this post > Comment "CLIENTS" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)
