We don't have superpowers so we go to the bathroom to spend 2 minutes in silence. We either go alone or with another introvert bestie who needs same time.

I guess it's easier in bigger group and then me or my bestie give each other ,,the look👀"and we just go or light head tilt towards bathroom or one stands up and pulls another one instantly.We can kinda tell when one is overwhelmed. It's more about small clues than making excuses

Not really that long, usually it's few short minutes but it happens multiple times during the party like quick recharges. I guess breaks gets bit longer if there is secret topic to go through quickly XD I have no idea how long breaks others could do that would be acceptable XD
