The average inflation over the past 10 years has been around 5% and the present tax on long-term capital gains is 12.5%. Factoring this, the purchase value of the promised 1.23 Cr would be just around 38 Lakhs or so. The actual return on investment is less than 6%. So sorry, but none of the methods shown above are really helpful. Also, it's a paid advertisement, not advertised as such and not permitted by @X.

@MohiniWealth You aren't supposed to provide exact figures in case of SIP - it's illegal to do so. They can be projected figures based on past history - but it's not an assured return. One might not get any return or even a negative return in case of MF's.
