🚨🚨🚨 The importance of IODINE👇 “Dr. Brownstein tested 7000 patients and found out that 96% of them were deficient in IODINE” “Cancer, infertility, diabetes, thyroid problems and many other things are related to IODINE deficiency” Iodine is best absorbed in the body with the use of Selenium. That’s why I like to take my iodine with Brazil nuts #Iodine

An iodine test on the skin is performed by painting a patch of iodine solution on the skin, such as the inner arm, and observing how quickly it disappears to estimate iodine levels. If the patch disappears within a few hours, it may indicate an iodine deficiency, while a patch that takes longer to disappear suggests adequate iodine levels.

"Dentists use a drill to treat cavities. That's like using a knife to treat an infection." This man says cavities are caused by a bug called streptococcus mutans and the easiest way to kill it is iodine. I say better to prevent the cavities by not eating sugar instead of leaning on iodine for the cure. If you insist on feeding your sweet tooth, there are iodine inclusive toothpastes but you won’t find them in popular brands like Crest or Colgate.

This missing mineral is the master detoxifier. Most people are severely deficient in iodine — and don’t even realize it. It’s the one element that could change everything about how you feel. Iodine is essential for: 🩺 thyroid health ⚖️ hormone balance 🔥 metabolism 🧠 brain clarity 🔋 cellular detoxification Without it, your body can't release halogens like fluoride, chlorine, bromine, or the radiation residue that builds up in tissues. And women need double the amount of iodine than men do. Women need about 12,000 mcg of iodine vs men who need about 6,000 mcg. Here is a link to buy Global Healing's Detoxadine. >> Iodine is not optional. It’s the spark your body’s been missing. Iodine...Every Single Cell in the Body Requires It! Dr Eric Berg 2.2 Billion People Suffer From Iodine Deficiency. 10 Life Changing Benefits of Iodine: 1: Detox Mercury, Aluminum, Lead, Fluoride & Bromide 2: Shrinks Cysts, Fibroids & Tumors 3: Prevents Cancer 4: Heals Candida & Fungal Infections 5: Relieves Menopause symptoms, hot flashes & acne 6: Breaks down scar tissue & adhesions 7: Lifts mood & brain fog 8: Relieves cold hands & feet 9: Stimulates hair growth on scalp, eyebrows & lashes 10: Heals immune system & reduces inflammation The RDA dose of 150 mcg is only set to prevent a Thyroid Goiter, not the amount every cell needs for vibrant optimal health. We need a minimum of 6 mg just for Thyroid optimization. Then additional Iodine, over & above that, for the rest of the body & brain. The Japanese consume 100X more iodine daily with its required cofactors, like Selenium, Zinc & Magnesium, for absorption. Japan's very low Cancer rates reflect the benefit & requirement for Iodine. Even miscarriages & ADHD are linked to Iodine deficiency. Unless you're consuming large amounts of Seafood, Eggs & Raw Dairy everyday...you're not getting enough Iodine. Lugol's Iodine Drops are the gold standard for easy supplementation. Drops added to coffee & tea. Now Brand Iodine Capsules with the required cofactors is also an easy way to get Selenium, Zinc & other cofactors if those aren't in the foods consumed daily. 👇Lugol's Iodine Drop Supplement👇 👇Iodine Capsules With Cofactors👇 👇The Body Needs & Requires Iodine👇

Could your thyroid symptoms be linked to iodine? 👀 I discuss iodine deficiency and its connection to thyroid health, including how low iodine levels may play a role in both underactive and overactive thyroid concerns. I also share my perspective on Lugol’s solution and its use as part of an approach to iodine testing and supplementation 🌿
