Alright. Now let me explain: who’s in such a insane rush that they can’t spare a couple extra seconds? I’m not a fan of these kinds of tests. I prefer benchmarks that focus on genuinely useful features or finer details, not just which device boots up a tiny bit faster.

@pmcafrica We have far more better options that Google pixel which is an inferior version of Honor. Like iPhone is to Huawei, or Sumsang vs Real Mr. South Africa actually has more powerful tech than most 1st world States.

Remove the booting sequence. They aren’t booting the same operating system.

Google’s faster to turn on. iPhone is twice as fast at loading the game. I’m cool w/that trade-off as in iOS user.

This is less an "App Opening" speed and more of a cold boot startup speed into app opening. Have them both already up and running and then open the app at the same time.

Because I always turn off my phone between using each app.

System boot time was counted, which isn’t fair due to the huge difference in OS size between iOS 26 and Android. So I re-edited the clip to compare only the app launch speed. Much fairer now. 👍

Seems like the iPhone is quite a bit faster. The boot time was slower, but the game launch was much closer, and that’s after the delayed boot.
