Tear gas and clashes have been reported as crowds return to the streets despite heavy security. In Tehran’s west and south, IRGC units were seen threatening protesters with rifles. A mosque in Haft Hoz used by security forces was reportedly set on fire. In Ramsar, the atmosphere is described as near-martial law, with early shutdowns and military deployment.
