Look across the water at the UK. The govt there created a mass migrant crisis, not only allowed, but encouraged and defended migrants entering the country with no documentation, then turned on all the people in the UK and is mandating every person over 18 to have a digital ID to - wait for it - "stop the small boats and stop illegal migrants working in the UK." Summary: they needed to bring in Digital ID's to track their citizens, and needed an excuse to do so. So they created the mass migrant crisis. Exactly the same here in Ireland. How long will it be before Mehole announces mandatory Digital ID's here? Any guesses?
