With all due respect and I’m half Irish, my mom was a terrible cook and when I visit family in Ireland I always lose weight. Now let’s show some Italian, French, Spanish, and Greek food dishes. When the Irish and the English were supposed to line up in heaven for cooking skills, they skipped the lesson and came straight to earth. And never ask me to peel a potato. I did that every night growing up. If you’re getting a potato dish from me, it will still have the skin on it.

It is the greatest mother did the scallions in milk then added it to the mash. Sliced gammon with parsley sauce added. Fantastic.

Actually that should be curly kale that’s added to the mash. And his end result is far too white looking. Should be more green. And at Halloween money should be hidden in there too (wrapped in greaseproof paper). Childhood memories 🥰
