Upon enquiry, Bagaluru Police traced and identified the individual seen in the video. The officers found that the person was under the influence of alcohol and had taken medication for arthritis. When subjected to a medical examination, no narcotic or psychotropic substances were detected in his system. The information being circulated on social media is completely false.
