Fully agree with you on this! This government has outsourced energy, fiscal and agricultural policy. It’s not a hard stretch to assume large numbers of Irish troops would be at th command of the EU/others and will certainly impact our neutrality. This is not in their mandate. Get them to focus on removing the USC and carbon taxes and help people out or try to get an early general election

The only veto involved in the Triple Lock is the one insisted upon by Irish people in two referendum that bound an Irish government to secure a UN mandate before Irish defence forces could be deployed overseas. If the govt wants to change this, it must be secured by a referendum
