I’m writing this while I’m still in it. Still stressed. Still exhausted. Still after crying. And I’m still working through the night. I need people to understand what this really looks like. The posts you see do not come from some calm, quiet, comfortable life. They are written in the middle of pressure, fatigue, sickness, grief, and responsibility. I take a photo, I write my story, and I post it. Then I keep working. Because I have to. Because my guys need me. Because I cannot give up. Because if I stop, the consequences are real. Every single day, I make the choice to stay here. And yes, sometimes that choice hurts. I am human. I know I could go home. I know there is a beautiful life waiting for me somewhere else. I know what I am missing. I know what rest could look like. I know what peace could feel like. But I stay. I stay because my boys cannot simply go home. I stay because they do not have the freedoms I have as a foreigner under contract. I stay because love is not a feeling here. Love is duty. Love is sacrifice. Love is showing up again and again, even when you are breaking. Right now, I am doing the work of five or six people in this brigade. Not because I have endless strength. Not because I never fall apart. Not because I am some kind of machine. I do it because I care that much. I do it because I am passionate, because I believe in #Ukraine I am a soldier. Warren Buffett says using leverage is foolish. Why risk what you have and need to chase what you do not have and do not need? No matter the odds, if the downside is everything, do not do it. He is right. But real estate is a different game. That rule is built for paper. Pull up Sam Zell or the other people I follow, and you get a completely different answer. Here is the real difference. Paper is paper. Real estate is control. I do not love the paper world. I do not like the volatility, and I do not feel like I can control it. Control is the whole thing. I control the debt I take on. The interest rate. The monthly payment. And I never over-leverage. I control the apartments too. The occupancy. The expenses. The rents, to the extent the market lets me. Paper gives me none of that. I do not understand it well enough to control it, and it does not have the predictability real estate does. Now the harder question. If I paid everything off and sat on 600 million debt-free, would my life really change versus 1.5 billion with 900 million in debt? Honestly, no. I do not personally need more. But that is not what this is about anymore. I am running a legacy play now. My kids are involved. This is succession. He is not wrong about leverage. It just depends on what you can actually control.

I refuse to QT or respond directly to the people so they don’t make money off the engagement on here. I do my podcast because this is my dream not because I have someone to make me do it I am 17 years old!!!!!!!!!! Just because I have physical limitations does NOT mean I can’t think for myself!!! THE ONLY THING I CANNOT DO FOR MYSELF IS CHECK INTO A HOTEL ROOM UNTIL IM 18 😂😂 (that is why you see my parents go with me) I work really hard to make connections with players and for it to be discredited this way is NOT okay.This is the last that I am speaking about this. Charlie Kirk's impossible neck position, as he gets carried away from the scene. It is kind of hard to see on this image. I did my best pointing out with two dots the back and the front of his head. It looks like his head position is just about parallel with his shoulders. I am not sure how many men can have their head in this kind of normal resting position, or even in their stretched position ? Maybe ladies can ? I do not know. But men, I do not think so. I surely can not do this even close. If any of you guys can do this, please mention it in the comments. But it does look to me like his neck, at this moment, is broken ? And for those, who do not have a background to this claim, I am attaching a video that hints to how his neck could have been broken, upon his hard body slam from about 4-5 height.

I am not sure how many men can have their head in this kind of normal resting position, or even in their stretched position ? Maybe ladies can ? I do not know. But men, I do not think so. I surely can not do this even close. If any of you guys can do this, please mention it in the comments. But it does look to me like his neck, at this moment, is broken ? And for those, who do not have a background to this claim, I am attaching a video that hints to how his neck could have been broken, upon his hard body slam from about 4-5 height.
