Job 38:8-11 describes God setting the bounds of the seas, saying, ‘Hitherto shalt thou come, but no further.’ Proverbs 8:29 speaks of God appointing the ‘foundations of the earth’ and setting ‘the bounds of the waters.’ Psalm 104:9 says, ‘Thou hast set a bound that they may not pass.’ These verses indicate a contained, structured earth. Perhaps the ‘edge’ isn’t what you think—boundaries exist by design.

If it's flat where does water go after a flood

I don’t buy into the flat earth but the one thing that plays with my head is the oceans. Ever tried sticking water to a balloon or a ball? The explanation of gravity just isn’t enough. How can this mystical entity, Gravity, stick millions on millions of tons of water to a globe yet allow aircraft to take off or for us to jump in the air?🤯

The canals are man-made to be level, and raise and lower ships on either side. Since the air is gas sitting on the earth, it follows the curvature. Planes have stability by flying at a constant angle relative to the ambient air.

If earth was flat and water was perfectly level it would not flow. It would sit still. Like a pond or mud puddle. Comeon people.
