Im strict carnivore, but I love how you keep the purity of carnivore without being dogmatic. Keeps it clear and also doesn't alienate those who don't want to be so strict.

Very well-said! I love avocado, and it has proven beneficial for me, but of course I understand it may not work well for some people.

Steak, eggs, and avocado is my combo

That's why if any of my clients ask what they can eat I tell them to go carnivore for a month and then test one food at a time to see if it's reactive for their bodies

The real question is if we like to eat avocado, can we still hang out with the carnivores? Asking for a friend. 😝

I’m a fan of the concept of treating carnivore as an elimination diet. Once you start testing other foods, your body tells you what it doesn’t like. I say avocado good! 🥑

@ZackStrength Having an avocado doesn’t unalive you from the carnivore club. We are obligate hypercarnivores! Act accordingly 👍🏻

Early into my carnivore journey someone gave me a crate of avocados so I decided to try a quarter of one. It wound up making me feel bloated and unpleasant. Haven't tried one in almost 2 years so I'm not sure if my reaction would be different now.

I eat three things that is not considered carnivore & is used infrequently. (1) blueberries in my plain yogurt or whole milk cottage cheese; kiwi - just for a quick snack; and avocado if I get a craving. I'm off cheese for a while - doesn't interest me these days.

Doc is a solid no sugar whey protein permissible in carnivore? This is the Isopure brand Thx
