Detailed overview of the most important patent that you will see to date.. Smartphone and app for personal pathogen status verification at point of entry into an area of congregation 📱 General Overview This patent describes a system combining a smartphone (or computing device) and an app to verify a user’s pathogen status (infection, immunity, vaccination) and communicate it at entry points to areas where people gather—such as buildings, venues, or transit hubs . --- 🧬 Background & Purpose Developed during the COVID‑19 pandemic, the patent addresses the need for systems that can confirm individuals are infection-free or vaccinated before entering shared spaces. With social distancing hindering many businesses economically, this verification system aimed to restore consumer confidence and ease entry management . --- 🔧 Key Components 1. User Device & App The app stores the user’s health record, including test results or vaccination proof. It can generate scannable codes (e.g. QR codes) for sharing status at entry points. Optional biometric capture ensures the user’s identity . 2. Testing/Vaccination Facilities Authorized facilities input results into a backend database accessible by the app. 3. Safe Entry Monitoring System Installed at entry points (e.g., door scanners, kiosks), this system verifies received codes, checks status criteria, and grants or denies access. 4. Communication Protocols The app securely communicates status codes to the monitoring system, often with two-way verification. It may also interface with other applications or standards-based systems . 📝 Operational Workflow Scheduling & Testing: Users schedule tests/vaccinations via the app, and results are linked to their digital record. Status Display & Verification: At entry, the app shows a QR or similar code representing verified status. Biometric checks may link the code to the actual user. Code Validation: Entry systems receive and authenticate the code—ensuring it matches what they issued for that user and facility . Feedback Provided: If entry is approved, the app can display permitted status and relevant entry criteria. 📚 Example Claims & Features Some representative claims include: Claim 1: An app that retrieves pathogen-test results, stores them, and communicates them to an entry-point computer system to determine user access. Claim 5–8: Covering QR-based status code generation, app-received validation codes, and matching logic between mobile device and entry system. Claim 10: App includes collection of biometric indicators for identity verification. Claim 12: Acknowledges vaccination proof as a form of pathogen status. Claim 13–24: Encompass the broader system architecture, device setups, communication methods, app use cases (mobile/web), and identity verification methods. 🏛️ System Architecture Client Side: The user's smartphone runs the app to manage health records, generate QR codes, and capture biometrics. Server Side: Facilities store test/vaccination info; entry-point systems validate incoming codes in real-time. Interoperability: The architecture allows communication among apps, facility systems, and entry-point systems—facilitating a unified, scalable ecosystem . 🔄 Utility & Impact Public Health: Enables safe reopening of businesses and public spaces by minimizing infection risk. Economic Recovery: Builds customer trust through verifiable health assurance—potentially restoring consumer traffic in sectors hit by distancing rules. Scalability: Designed to adapt beyond COVID‑19, applying its framework to future pathogens or pandemics . ✅ Summary US 11,961,346 B2 outlines a comprehensive digital entry-control system, integrating smartphones, test/vaccination data, biometric identity checks, and entry-point verification to regulate access based on verified pathogen status. Originally driven by COVID‑19 needs, it's positioned for broader health verification contexts

My closing thoughts on the 2025 season: College Football is not just a game. There’s something magical about the highs and lows, the hirings and firings, the big plays and the massive let downs, the predictions and the pageantry of it all. #Oklahoma’s first home playoff game embodied all of it. That 1st quarter gave me a glimpse of how much Oklahoma fans are desperate to be back on the main stage. We saw 15 minutes of complete ball — the first time all year. It was beyond electric. The roaring and buzzing of the crowd was one of the most spiritual experiences I’ve ever had in my life at the Palace. I’ll never forget the feeling of that moment. Going to the game with my dad and brother in nearly the same seats that my grandparents sat in for 20+ years — it was perfect. And for that, I’m thankful. I’m thankful for the challenge of the SEC. I’m thankful for BV and Team 131. I’m thankful for what the future holds. Losing a 17 point lead has been a tough pill to swallow, and honestly it almost feels like a curse. Oklahoma Sooners and the Buffalo Bills are feeling synonymous to me right now. Even though, don’t think it will always be that way. I truly feel BV is building something that will win it all and he’ll do it the right way. Regardless of the outcome, Oklahoma fans alway shows up. After all these years and all the heartaches and all the let downs — Oklahoma is loyal and courageous. I’m proud to be from Oklahoma and proud to support the Sooners through it all. My final thoughts on the season: - Make the staff changes that will get us over the hump - Retain as much of this roster as possible - Make a splash in the portal - Let’s make a run in 2026 As always, it’s BOOMER SOONER for me. All the love for Team 131 & Sooner Nation. Here’s to 2026 🫡 #BoomerSooner #HardToKill

🚨NEW Joe Lonsdale on Harvard losing its tax exempt status: "Once the Supreme Court rules against them and they ignore it, and once they're very clearly violating civil rights, maybe they should also lose their tax exempt status." Andrew Ross Sorkin: You started a university. Joe Lonsdale: We did [University of Austin] Andrew: And I'm curious about your reaction to what's going on at Harvard. I'm curious about your reaction to what the administration is thinking about in terms grants, not just grant money, but also a tax exempt status... Joe: Bob Jones University lost their tax exempt status for civil rights violations in the 1980s. And it probably makes sense, they were discriminating against black people. I don't think that's right. I don't think discriminating against Asians or Jews is right either, especially when the Supreme Court tells you not to. ...Listen, Harvard has required courses that say that being against affirmative action and being against reverse racism is white supremacy. I disagree with Harvard's required courses on that. I think you should be able to debate these things. But once the Supreme Court rules against them and they ignore it, and once they're very clearly violating civil rights, maybe they should also lose their tax exempt status the same way Bob Jones did. Andrew: Right. Let me ask you a different question, which relates to this. And I actually don't disagree with you, but except for this, it seems to me that had the, you know, had the administration sent Harvard a letter saying, look, we're taking grants away and removing your tax exempt status until you can properly remedy the discrimination as it relates to anti-Semitism and other things. ...The letter that they sent was very different. The letter that they sent, if you really read it, effectively, would put Harvard under control of the administration. I mean, it goes through who they're hiring, how the applicants are put into the school, all of those things for what is ostensibly a private university, now a private university that gets benefits from from the government...Tell me what you think of that. Joe: So what happens when someone has clearly broken the law is they very often will then make a settlement. And if you look at how the Department of Education and accreditation and works today, it's very clear that I think it defines way too much. And so the Department of Education is used to being able to kind of make settlements...I don't think what this administration is doing there is very different than how a lot of other accreditors work. Now, I would prefer accreditors had a lot less power, but given that they did break the law, and given that they do need to make a settlement, this is not that unusual... ...the requests are not unreasonable. I understand why you're uncomfortable with it. I'm uncomfortable in general with how much power we give the Department of Education over colleges.

Mito Pereira was a par on the last away from winning the PGA Championship in 2022 before he joined Torque GC on the LIV Golf League later that year. 3 seasons later, he was relegated yesterday after finishing 51st on the Individual Standings. He gave his reaction after the round: “To be honest, I was really happy for Sebastian, really happy for Joaco, really happy for Carlos. Obviously how Sebastian played this tournament, how Joaco played this entire year and Carlos also. It's never easy to play bad, but I tried. I gave my best, and we move on. “Hopefully I'll have more opportunities in the future. If not, I know I gave my best these past two years. But overall really happy for these guys, too, and really happy to get the win with this team. “That, I think, means a lot to me and of course for them. On that side, I'm really happy. On the other one, I just know I gave my best.” You can see on Mito’s face how devastated he is to lose his status, despite his team picking up their first win of the season. He worked so hard over the last few events, often the first and last man on the practice ground, but it just wasn’t enough. He didn’t speak about where he goes from here, but he will likely attempt to earn a contract again via LIV’s pathway systems, The International Series on the Asian Tour (the official feeder tour) or the Promotions Event (Q School). It’s unclear at the moment how many spots are up for grabs, but with the incoming LIV leadership having re-applied for OWGR status, they will likely offer as many spots as it takes to provide a genuine and authentic pathway system. One of the biggest criticisms of the LIV Golf League was the lack of jeopardy, but this season it is definitely there, and it’s brutal!

Today I sit down with two of my best friends, Moses Kagan and Rhett Bennett to reflect on how ReSeed has evolved since their first appearance (ep. 278) on the show three years ago. ReSeed is on a mission to back the next generation of elite real estate operators. We unpacked what has actually happened since launch, how their original vision has held up in practice, and what they have learned by deploying real capital across multiple markets and operators. We also dug into how they think about underwriting, operator selection, asset management intensity, and navigating a shifting multifamily landscape. It was a candid look at what it really takes to build a disciplined, long term real estate platform in today’s market. We discuss: • How ReSeed’s original thesis has played out after deploying over $100M across multiple operators • What they look for in emerging operators and how the cohort selection process has evolved • Why discipline and patience mattered during a slow deal environment and when opportunities finally opened up • How they approach underwriting, leverage, and long-duration capital in different markets • The realities of asset management, property management, and execution risk at smaller deal sizes This episode is for investors, operators, and anyone interested in building durable real estate businesses with long term alignment and disciplined capital deployment 4:01 - ReSeed's journey and evolution 17:14 - Profile and selection of operators 25:10 - Partnership and capital structure 37:39 - Due diligence and deal approval process 40:51 - Cohort integration and support 42:55 - Real estate market overview 43:22 - Market opportunities and challenges 50:41 - Market fatigue and seller dynamics 51:20 - Operational challenges and opportunities 1:01:50 - Property management and asset management 1:11:36 - Construction management and budgeting 1:15:06 - Capital allocation 1:23:34 - Closing remarks

"I think that xAI is severely underrated" "It just kind of blows my mind that people don’t understand how fast the company is moving." "xAI is gonna shock people with the scale that it gets to quickly." "With xAI, they’ve been building the biggest coherent training clusters in the world, & they’re just not really focused on monetizing them right now." Shaun Maguire (Shaun Maguire), Partner Sequoia Capital Elon Musk (Elon Musk) . . . "I think that xAI is severely underrated and it makes sense—their revenue scale compared to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google is obviously much smaller—but it just kind of blows my mind that people don’t understand how fast the company is moving. Yeah. And you just have to look at the derivatives of progress, and then also just look at the bottlenecks. I believe the bottleneck at least is gonna be power. And even if you have the best model in the world, if you can only deliver it to 1% of the market or 2% of the market demand, you’re heavily limited in your growth rate and expansion opportunities. I just think xAI is gonna—like Elon’s the best in the world at atoms, and I think atoms are gonna be a decisive factor in the AI race. And the way Elon builds companies is different than other people. He builds the way I describe it is: he builds up potential energy, and then he converts that potential energy into kinetic energy. With xAI, they’ve been building the biggest coherent training clusters in the world, and they’re just not really focused on monetizing them right now. And it’s kind of crazy to me that people don’t understand the pattern yet. And it’s not to say that I’m bearish on the other foundation model companies. I just think xAI is gonna shock people with the scale that it gets to quickly. But I’m bullish on all of them. Like, I’m bullish on The Boring Company, I’m bullish on Neuralink. Tesla’s a public company so I have no comment on Tesla. But literally insanely bullish on all of them."

Trigger warning ⚠️ Listen with an open mind 🙏 Sometimes speaking about taboo subjects on the internet, with the intention to destigmatize them and dismantle stereotypes, feels like walking with stilettos in the middle of ruins. But even if my feet are shaking, I am mindful of each step and walk with conviction and confidence, because I know that what I share is of service to those ready to hear me. So many people ask 'why do people want to engage in BDSM?' Most people who don't understand why, actually believe it is rooted in trauma. Or... share their concerns about the sanity of kinksters. Or simply feel curious about the root of such unconventional intimate practices. Well... after years of playing professionally in this Realm, it is only when I became a Mother (I was out of the industry as a Practionner and only Mentoring) that I had the biggest breakthrough in terms of this question... WHAT IS IT REALLY ABOUT? I shared my perspective in different groups and classes to test my theory and see how it is received. I was quite uncertain at first, as I know the kind of backlash we can get from associating anything related to childhood and the ę/rotic. But since people associate BD|SM with childhood trauma all the time, I wanted to offer an alternative perspective. So take this as my personal opinion and not the absolute truth. What if... it was connected to our memories of safety and security experienced while we were still unconscious little beings, that were taken care of by loving parents that used a lot of equipment and behavioural educational tools to protect us? What if the deep feeling we seek is one of being seen, taken care of, secured, kept safe while being disciplined and punished from someone we trust has our best interest at heart...? Elon Musk’s system for keeping SpaceX/Tesla culture maniacally urgent at massive scale (deadlines, limiting factors, skip-level reviews, Starlink reboot) Urgency isn’t a vibe it’s a deliberate operating system. Aggressive 50 % deadlines + weekly microscopic engineering reviews + ruthless limiting-factor focus let giant companies move like startups. Drastic action only when data proves success is off the table. Most CEOs assume big companies must slow down. Elon Musk runs the opposite system. He sets deadlines at the 50th percentile the most aggressive schedule he believes has a coin-flip chance of being met. Half the time they slip. That’s by design. Schedules are gaseous. Give a team five years and it will consume five years. Physics sets the real limit: you can only move atoms so fast when scaling manufacturing. So he does two things relentlessly: > Identify the single limiting factor at any moment and clear it. > Run ultra-granular weekly engineering reviews skip-level, no slides, no prep. Every engineer reports raw status. He mentally plots the curve and asks: are we converging? Only when the data shows success is statistically impossible does he take drastic action. That’s exactly what happened with Starlink in 2018. Years of slow progress in Redmond. One decisive reset fixed it. Result: companies with tens of thousands of people still ship at startup velocity. Big organizations don’t die from bad ideas. They die from the slow erosion of urgency. Musk simply refuses to let that happen.

Hermes agent just left the terminal. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗸𝘁𝗼𝗽 dropped yesterday. native app for macOS, Windows, and Linux. for months Hermes was the agent that learned your projects, wrote its own skills, and built a model of who you are. all of it buried in terminal logs. now it has a window. the important part is that it's not a wrapper. it runs the same agent core, the same sessions, memory, and skills as the CLI. you can start a task in the terminal and finish it in the app without anything resetting. the state is shared across every interface, not copied between them. what the GUI actually adds: → streaming chat that shows live tool calls and inline reasoning instead of a spinner → a preview rail that renders pages, code, and images right beside the conversation → an artifacts panel that collects every file the agent has ever produced → remote gateway mode, so you can point the app at a VPS and run the heavy work elsewhere → skills, cron, profiles, and gateways managed point-and-click instead of through YAML → voice mode, drag-drop files, and inline image generation remote gateway mode is the one worth slowing down on. the agent runs 24/7 on a $5 server while you control it from your laptop like a local app. other agent UIs are chatboxes with a logo. this one shows the autonomy instead of hiding it, so you watch the skills load, the tools fire, and the artifacts pile up as it works. it was teased in Jensen's GTC keynote. MIT licensed, local-first, no telemetry. if you already run Hermes, download it and everything is already there. your chats, memory, and skills carry straight over. i wrote a full masterclass on Hermes Agent that walks through the SOUL. md identity layer, the three-tier memory system, the self-evolving skills loop, and how to run three specialized agents 24/7. desktop is the interface that finally does all of it justice. the article is quoted below.

How to Find Path Delimiter Issues with Burp Suite Intruder Sometimes web servers treat special characters (like ; or ?) differently in URLs. This can lead to security issues like web cache deception or access control problems. Here's how you can test for path delimiter discrepancies: 1️⃣ Capture the Request Find a request you want to test GET /my-account HTTP/2 2️⃣ Right click the request and "Send to Intruder". In Intruder, highlight add a new position after /my-account followed by abc. It should look like this: GET /my-account§§abc HTTP/2 Attack Type = Sniper (only changing one spot). Payload: Paste a list of special characters, like this: ! # $ % & ' ( ) * + , - . / : ; = ? @ [ \ ] _ ~ ... A full list of delimiters can be found here: 3️⃣ Start the Attack Press Start Attack. Look at the Status, Length, and Response columns. Watch for differences (like bigger/smaller pages, changes to status code or different behavior) and if you notice something different then you've likely found a delimiter discrepancy! 🎉 Why is this important? When special characters confuse the server or cache, you might find: 🔸 Web cache deception: Caching personal pages by accident 🔸 Access bypass: Skipping security checks 🔸 Leaked info: Seeing data you shouldn't Try this lab for yourself and dive even deeper into how to exploit this when you find it: #BugBounty #WebSecurity #BurpSuite #EthicalHacking #Cybersecurity
